Second time from ordering there. Completely dissatisfied from the service of a staff member. A staff member stated that it was their policy to id transaction for debit cards. My first time ordering from there I was not carded for the same card and my total was around $37. I ordered a steak and cheese grinder and was not impressed. My quesadillas was sloppy but tasteful. The pizza was pizza. My second time ordering from there my total was $40. I was asked for id because my debit card was not signed. I know numerous customers of husky pizza that have been pick up and delivery. Not one of them have been asked for id with their totals being more than mines. And again the pizza was pizza. I decided to try their wings and they were disappointing. The wings were soggy. The first time I ordered I was 50% satisfied and decided to give them a second try. Due to there employee and mediocre food I will not be ordering from Husky Pizza again. I am not too sure if it was the color of my skin, an incompetent employee or this brand new policy that happened to be in place after I made a stink about be asked for Id. I have never been asked for Id ordering from any pizza place in CONNECTICUT!! Also when I placed the order the staff memeber answered the phone with hello. Then corrected himself and said Husky Pizza. I ordered and then he asked me was I coming to the right one. I said yes in Manchester, next to McDonalds. He said correct. How about answer the phone “Hello, Husky Pizza Manchester”....
Read moreI am going to preface this review by stating I've worked in the retail/customer service business for over 15 years and I only post something when I feel it is warranted.
I will also state this review's rating is solely based on their customer service as the food itself was actually really good. Easily a 4; I had the avocado special pita and my wife had the falafel wrap, both fresh and flavorful.
I ordered our food via Grubhub, as I was out of town and in the area for work. Food came on time with no issues. Roughly 10-15 mins went by when I realized the 2-liter bottle of Sprite we ordered was not delivered. Again, away for business, delivered to a hotel. I called the restaurant and informed the gentleman that answered the phone that I got my order however the bottle of soda was not in the bag. He confirmed my order, apologized, and offered to have it brought over (the restaurant was 11 minutes from my hotel). I was completely understanding and even acknowledged it was a bottle of soda and not any food and if it was a burden then do not worry, and even just a quick $3 refund would suffice. I was offered a credit for next time, but again, here for business, not sure when I'd ever be in the Manchester CT area again. After all that, the gentleman said I was in close proximity and they'd deliver it.
Extremely accommodating and understanding. But... The bottle of soda never came.
Don't say something and not come through on your word.

We have order there many of times this last time we got 3 grinders every one had fatty pieces in them we has to spit out bites .then we got a bite that had a huge chunk of grizzle(fat or hard bone ).. we called to tell them how disappointed we were and asked if they changed owners. The manager we spoke to tells us to send the grinders back when the driver comes .. after a few words and arguing. Driver come and give him the big nasty chunk of bone in a baggie we get a credit refund to the credit card we used.. (never asked for refund) .. that not the issue .. 10 mins later manager calls speaking and yelling about were are the grinders and how he going to charge our card again ...What Omg are you kidding me words were exchanged and he was going at it saying horrible stuff .. Never ever in any food business is it acceptable to scream and say that stuff to a customer be more professional. We never asked you for a credit on our food we just waneed them to be aware that there food was horrible and now the lost our business and all the people we tell not to ever go there again all over 20 bucks !!! You must need it more than us to call is back and saw your going to charge us back after you refunded us that is a joke and to insult us .you don't deserve to be a manager and the owner of this business should be embarrassed they hired such a unprofessional !! Don't every talk and call us out we did nothing wrong .. horrible will never...
