First time here. I did take out on a whim while driving by, called in a large supreme pizza for pickup after running some errands in the area. Cost just under $30 cash out the door (they give cash discounts). Pizza was heavy, as in I was surprised at how much the box weighed. It was even taped shut with 2 pieces of tape, I assume to maintain structural integrity of the box for what must be a beast of a pizza inside. Normally I might sneak a piece on the drive home but I didn't want to unleash this monster in the car , not be able to close the box after the tape sear was ruptured. Safety first (or second or third). For those old folks reading, this pizza reminded me a lot of the original Gino's Pizza on New London Tpke in Glastonbury that I ate decades ago growing up (and occasionally now at the old Prococcino's in E. Hartford now, the new Gino's). It's a thicker yeasty crust that was crispy on the edges and tons of toppings buried under lots of cheese to create very filling bites. This is NOT your traditional New Haven style light weight thin crust 'minimalist' pizza where you often feel more is less. More here certainly means more and this is one hardy pizza! I get that some don't like that - want the thin crust pizza , but I happen to crave it occasionally. So overall I liked it and would come back if craved their more unique style. I can see how if this pizza sits too long and cools off that the cheese will firm up and encase your toppings in a sort of pizza carbonite and have an unpleasant mouth feel - I can see it getting very dense and you fell you re really biting through it so eat it fresh and hot. I did take out and the cashier was right there and able to get my pizza and take my cash quickly so that is my only service experience. Walking in it felt more on the basic side, not bad just basic, fine to grab a pie with friends. Anyway I enjoyed this pizza, it was very filling and I'll come back if I'm in the area and try something...

I have to say their pizza is good. I live 5mins away from there order a Medium Pizza at 5:17 P.M. called them back at 6:25 P.M. and they said he will be here shortly. Waited until 6:40 P.M and know one showed up. I tried having patience but when I called I asked them where there Pizza and they didn't know what to say their excuse was that they were busy. But I told them is called Customer Service I believe they should of called me and notify me that I was going to take over an hour an a half.
I asked them to refund my money and the manager said if she can call me back to refund my money when she's not busy!! that right there really fired me up and I was upset because I'm entitle to get my money back. She had me on hold for 5mins before she took my information down and actually acted as a professional. I felt as if she was refusing too refund my money by saying all these little remarks. I know not to ever buy from here again nor referral anyone to them.
The driver ended up calling around 7:00 P.M. stating he was outside which indicates they never notified their driver which once again it proves no communication skills nor customer service. We had to dispatch the driver and I explain to him we no longer wanted the pizza.

Read moreTLDR version--serves up a very tasty pizza.
I've lived in NYC and new haven. Visited naples specifically to eat at some of their 'famous' pizza spots. So I've had my fair share of pizza. This place was indeed shocking. Located in what feels like a random parking lot on the side of the road (little bit of a downside actually, but they have like 3 parking spots lol). Walking in, not the most glitzy of all pizza places. But ohhh man, their pizza is legit! Got an everything pizza with extra sauce. Pizza was loaded with toppings--all tasted fresh. Nice sauce. Their crust is phenomenal--really nice crunch (would be a little better with some garlic butter brushing maybe?). Keep up the good food guys!
Quick mention on the service, i know it's a little thing and people have become quite polarized on this matter, but tipping for take-out. Too many places look at the customer awkwardly while that question pops up, or will say to the customer, just a quick question for you there. The lady (possibly owner, idk) who rung me up, said to me, 'oh you can just press skip button' when the tip question came up, honestly just made the whole situation more comfortable, so I appreciated that. If we eat in, absolutely, would/should tip for service. So thank you for the...
