I ordered two foot-longs on the app today for me and my fiancé and I specifically said “extra” toppings on the app and that is not what I received. My fiancé asked for regular peppercorn ranch on his sandwich and barely even got any. I opened up my sandwich in the restaurant before I left because I already had a feeling there was going to be nothing on my sandwich and I was right. I handed the old guy that works there my sub and asked him if I could please get what I asked for on the app and even that was an issue. He said 9:30pm. When we started to order the boy did not seem to like the fact that he had to make more sandwiches. He was throwing the bread on the station, then had to ask him twice to toast. When adding veggies he threw lettuce and put 2 slices of tomatoes on a foot long and I had to stop him right there. I asked him if he is in a hurry and is not willing to make the sandwich. When I called him out, he said they close at 9:30. It was 8:45 and he was more concerned about closing. He had his AirPod in one ear and was mumbling under his breath.
