At about 630 pm I arrived at Burger King to place my order. When I went to place my order, the employee made me wait for 5 minutes, then the employee came out through the microphone to assist me and I began to ask for my order without finishing. He said, "Bye," I called him again to finish my order. He said, "I served you," "Do you want a large french fried?" I told him that was not what I ordered and I have not finished my order. The employee came out telling me to move forward that he had to attend to other more important clients and that he would speak louder. When I spoke louder for him to hear me, he came out telling me that he would not speak loudly. Then I heard that the employee was laughing at what happened to me with her coworker, so I decided to leave the place and not place any orders. I don't know if they are regular employees or managers of the place but that is disrespectful to me as a client. If the owner of the place reads the comments, please take prompt attention to this situation because otherwise your employees will continue doing it to the clients and you will end up losing clients in...
Read moreAlthough I've eaten at this location many, many times before , I never felt the urge to write about it as it really hadn't been anything worth writing about, that is until today. The service the young lady named Lauryssa provided me with is something I very rarely see in the fast food industry. Her ability to juggle between listening to the two customers in front of me, while bringing orders out and helping me solve a problem with my mobile payment app, while maintaining the most professional yet relax and welcoming attitude is worth my time writing about. Little things that for someone who has worked this industry for a long time, like me, know is a direct result of not only having foresight, but most importantly, caring about what you do! I hope management treats her well, because she would elevate the service quality in any restaurant in the area. Also, my Whopper...
Read moreFeedback (07/07/25 around 3–4 PM): As a regular customer, I usually have great experiences and am treated kindly. However, during this visit, a staff member I had to interact with seemed upset when I wanted to get points while being served at the till but claimed the point system was down. So I ordered online instead to get the points. After that, I received noticeably colder service, including a drink cup being slammed on the counter and some uncomfortable staring—even though I remained polite. Or when I asked questions, treated with like I was a nuisance. I understand things can get stressful, but small moments like that can leave a negative impression. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were friendly as usual. Just a reminder to extend patience—it really makes a difference.
Other then this reflection, you would have stayed...
