McDonald's — Restaurant in Mandeville

I use this McDonald’s most of all my morning with me being a manager at a mechanic shop down the street. It’s convenient and easy to stop on my way in. However, todays expirience was the worst. Tried to make 3 simple seperate orders for my co workers (2 items MAX on each order) and was told to come inside. Okay it’s still early I understand as I went inside. However I put in my orders inside and waited nearly 40 min till someone finally decided to help me and hand me my first order. As I proceeded to try to tell them I still needed to pay for 2 of my other orders but no one has came up to help me yet I was told “”we’ll that’s gonna have to wait”” instead of asking what I had ordered and tried to help me. Keep in mind the lobby wasn’t busy as it was me and another lady waiting. As I then finally got to pay for my last two orders the manager on shift this morning was rude, didn’t fulfil the rest of my orders correctly and proceeded to give me rude looks as I was just waiting for my food to get back to my co workers. As a manager myself I would atleast suspect some decency in every work place with...

My child loves Mcdonalds and this is the closest one to us which is the absolute ONLY reason we continue to visit this location. It has been over 6 months since I have gotten everything in my order either correct or at all. Most of the time I am missing the apple slices or fries (which is unacceptable to my 6 year old and results in a pretty rough 10 minutes of life for me) that come with the kids meal and they have gotten my breakfast sandwich wrong hands down every time. I just want bacon...please stop giving me ham and sausage, they are equally gross. If it isn't the protein it is the bread, some people just want a regular biscuit not a syrup filled one. It is to the point where my child has stopped suggesting that we go here due to the extreme disappointment in my face when he mentions it. I don't have extremely high standards for my fast food restaurants but when I spend $17 bucks on breakfast and you read my exact order back to me can I at least get the BACON! I will be firm with my child going forward that we can no longer visit here, I think today finally...

This McDonald's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! It is very difficult for the employees to get an order correct, and if it is not, and you ask them to fix it, they always find fault in you, the customer… Whatever happened to "the customer is always right?" I guess this McDonals is exempt from proper customer service and, in general, human decency. If you are not from the area then I recommend going across town to the other McDonald's that we have in our town or try Wendy's, which is a fourth of a mile down the street...it's that bad! Like a customer stated before me, if you mention how bad their customer service is, they don't try to rectify the situation-they only become more irritated.
