I have given this location try after try hoping they can redeem themselves yet they never do, in my case my experience just worsens. The last time I came here I went through the drive-thru, this was the first time a female took my order rather than all guys in previous occasions who give you a tone as if you were bothering them. This time I exaggerated to my girlfriend who was with me that the young lady on the speaker was very nice. She only went on to repeatedly getting my order wrong, which didn’t bother me- we can correct it, however when she told me to give her a second I said sure thing! While she thought her mic was off, it was still on and I could hear everything. She was cursing that the customer kept having her change things, that her computer wasn’t working, so on and so forth.. She then realized I was listening and cut it off. I pulled up to the window like normal and she asked if i had been listening. I acted confused and basically said no. While at the window, handing her my card, she starts saying she cannot stay any longer as her shift has ended and then says her mom is waiting outside, just a truly unprofessional experience. When I received my order, our fries and chicken nuggets were so over cooked and very hard to chew exactly like the previous visits. Read moreOn July 24, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited McDonald's located at 1207 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and purchased a Happy Meal for myself. When I opened the box and took the food outside, I noticed a pill on the fries, which concerned me. I returned to the store and informed the Manager about the situation. The Manager said that I can get my money back, and they even provided an apology. I was concerned because I didn't know what that pill comes from, and it could be even dangerous if a kid eats this food with that pill inside. At the end of the conversation, the Manager said that there is nothing she can do, and gave me two phone numbers to call. I called several times at these numbers and I couldn't get in contact with anybody. I need you to provide better customer service and responses in meal serving and claim situations, and to be more accountable for the process of checking meals before serving them to customers. Read moreThe girl that rung up my order (short, African-American, hair up in a big bun) was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!! When she forgot to hand me my drink cup after I ordered, I asked her if she could give it to me please. She gave me a stank, nasty attitude and told me "ugh, I know what a medium cup is!" and rolled her eyes at me. She then slammed the cup right in front of me. Horrible customer service. When I told her that I hope she enjoys the review I tell corporate about her, she rolled her eyes at me again. I told the manager (Hispanic lady) about it and she said she would take care of it, yet she didn't say a word to her. The African-American girl that rung my order up does not deserve to be working there anymore!!!!!! She should be fired immediately because she does not get paid to be rude to people!!!!!!
