Customer service is truly phenomenal 🙌. From the moment I enter down to picking up my order and I'm out the door I'm greeted with a smile. I have come to be a regular and my drink order almost always recognizable . Hot chocolate whip cream and a few pumps of flavor. The occasional meal or treating others on my team to a treat can lead to a heafty order. When things get to heavy to carry there's one person who always will offer to help me carry everything out . Not sure his name as iv never asked but he's always working in the morning. They go above and beyond making you feel valued. I'm no coffee drinker but must say they make an amazing hot chocolate and coconut refresher. The food is ok . Not one I would run to for breakfast every day but it's great...

On August 1, 2023 went to this Dunkin’ Donuts with my best friend yesterday the service was exceptional. The ☕️coffee was awesome.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Dunkin’ Donuts I was so happy😃😄😃😄 they were there in Manhattan Beach the customer service we received was friendly, fresh and fast and very very clean inside there with yummy donuts and all types of coffee cold brew and hot coffee, tea, and everything else, We loved it!!!They knew they were educated on their coffee. I ordered the $8 meal deal and it was great! For $8 you get hash browns, a breakfast sandwich and hot or iced coffee. When your order on the app you can adjust your order to how you like it. With the breakfast sandwich you have a choice of having it served on a bagel, croissant, or English muffin. I ordered the 24 ounce iced coffee. You get a choice of any flavors you want to add, decaf, cream, etc. It's a real bargain for only $8. For the price of just one coffee at other coffee shops, you get a complete meal and drink.
