Starbucks — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

Normally this Starbucks is amazing but today this lady at the drive thru was very rude. I asked for a shaken expresso with pecan light ice extra oat milk. She made it seem like the world was ending. Asking me if I want a latte or espresso. Never been asked this before. I told her I was confused because I have never been asked that before. She said in a very rude way “I understand that because we don’t make this drink we have to substitute things so hold on” I then repeated what I wanted and said I’ve never had an issue I’m shocked. Then after the drink was ordered she asked if I wanted anything else and I proceeded to order a Pumkin late as well and I heard over the mic “just let me take over” then the lady was a little nicer. I then drove up to the window and asked why they had to give me so much attitude? She then explained again how the drink isn’t on the menu etc but a polite “I’m sorry” would have worked. Horrible Experience! This is the second time! Last time, I ordered a hot Chai Tea Latte and I was given the most cold drink ever! It wasn’t even hot! That’s not what I paid for! Today, there is a huge line, and I get up to the order window and someone says they’ll be right with me and doesn’t come back. I am sitting there for almost 4 minutes and the cars in front of me start to move. I didn’t order yet and the others behind me start honking so I have to move. I get up to the window and ask if I can just order 1 short drink and some rude guy comes up and says “go back around.” Very Rude! Some worker was also coming out to the cars and taking orders. I love this location and always have a great experience but I will say weirdly enough today the girl working the to go window TIPPED HERSELF before charging me. I had every intention of leaving a tip but to have an employee do it without consent felt weird as hell. Just a warning if you go through the drive thru to remember your total before you pay.
