Taco Bell — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

I've been to this Taco Bell only 2 times and I drove out of there so confused both times.

The first time was only a few days ago. I drove up to the drive thru around 10am and there was no answer. I sat there for a minute before driving by the window slowly and saw noone there. The Drive thru menu was on and on display, with nothing blocking it. Then I parked and tried walking in. The doors were locked! There were no signs announcing the close for the day. In fact, the hours on the door say 9am open.

Then today, I decided to try again. I should up around 10am. And asked for a breakfast quesadilla. The respond was simply "no breakfast" I asked what time breakfast ended. Maybe 10am was too late? She just answered. "No breakfast" Fine. So I asked for an iced coffee. "No breakfast. No coffee."

My question is this: why does the sign say breakfast if the location does not sell breakfast? If it was discontinued, why isn't it updated or covered?

Horrible experience! Went to pick up a food inside the store after 5 minutes nobody came To help me out. I decided go to the drive true because was empty after waiting couple minutes I was told To park my car and waiting 5 minutes to my order gets ready . I parked my car and went inside again and after 15 minutes my order wasn’t ready them I asked an employee which was really rude why my order was taking so long since is a fast food. First he said was a line for my order (25 minutes total) and then unit Shortage of employees (were 6 employees behind the counter) no line On drive true nobody inside the store. I told him next time I will just waiting inside my car on drive true until my order ready he said he will call the police. What’s wrong with those employees? Went here to get a Togo order cause I was looking forward to the nostalgia of eating double decker taco. Much to my angered disappointment, when I got home to enjoy said double decker taco it was not served properly. I wondered if the recipe had changed since I remembered it being a flour tortilla layered with refried beans and the folded around the hard shell taco. This placed served me a flour tortilla layered with nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a hardshell taco. SMH needless to say after one bite everything went into the trash. Upon reading the app description it reads exactly what I remembered, flour tortilla, BEANS, wrapped around a hard shell taco. No mention of nacho cheese.
