Formerly our favorite donut place, but back to Varsity Donuts for us.
The new manager (we know because he made sure to tell us) seems to have trouble regulating himself and was extremely aggressive with us and other customers for some reason. He may be better suited to dealing with the late night drunk crowd, but I certainly wouldn't want to run into him on a Sunday morning.
This is a serious pity as the previous staff has always been very welcoming and friendly.

Read moreThe workers were both in their car smoking marijuana. It was disappointing to pull up with my kids and smell that.
There wasn’t a great selection but it was a little late in the morning.
The donuts were tasty but small. I don’t think the value was there.
I had a pleasant interaction with the worker as my kids picked out donuts.
The place was run down and overall wasn’t impressed by anything.
Varsity donuts is close by but this place is not trying to be competitive.
I won’t go back.

Read moreFirst the donuts are amazing. But just because the staff is nice and out going doesn't make it good customer service. I've had several odd interactions, with the new Manager Michael. Today though, was less weird and more distasteful. I asked if I could tip on card, since he had made it a point to show me his new tip basket and point out he hadn't been tipped at all today. He said no I couldn't tip on card, and then asked if I could come back in to tip him. I was tipping to be nice, I'm not driving back to tip for putting 4 donuts in a bag, one of which was not the one I asked for, still...
