My apologies it was the N. Reading rd Ephrata location. If I could leave negative stars I would. I came to this location to get a drink after a doctors appointment. The drive thru was backed up and blocking the handicap parking so backed in the best I could. I had my handicap plackered up on my rear view mirror. Upon entering the building a gentleman came out telling us we had to move it was for handicap parking. I stated I am handicapped as I am limping in. My fiancé and I order a drink from kiosk got my cup and began to fill my cup. I was then confronted by the manager saying we couldn’t park there. Which I was baffled alone by her attitude. I asked why and she stated I had no handicap plate and I stated to her I have a plackared hanging from the mirror. She said I had to leave. I stated I parked the best we could with the way vehicles were coming through the drive threw. I can not walk far distances. I have neurological problems and also have issue with heat tolerance there for I have to park as close to the door as possible. The manager was a young female treated me horribly told me I had to get out while in the middle of filling my drink and started yelling adios get out as she walked to the back and again adios from behind the counter. How embarrassing. Before my disability I was a casual service restaurant general manager for 10 yrs and none of my crew would of ever treated a person this way. I would of fired them on the spot. Customers should feel welcomed coming into a establishment no matter their disabilities. Never again & sad part is I’m here once a month so you...
Read moreTonight, the workers through drive through wanted to argue with me to tell me that there is no mighty kids meal. I ended up going down the street to get it elsewhere but mind you, this particular McDonald’s on Oregon pike is the one that told me about the mighty kids meal. I may have made a mistake today, “I don’t understand how this is so complicated” because I gave up on trying to get the mighty kids meal but then they continued adding a McDouble and then a double cheeseburger. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!?? haha. I don’t understand! They continued adding things to my order I didn’t say… Even when I ordered the first happy meal, they didn’t ask what to drink, about the fries, the sauce. Just, “that’s everything? That’s everything?” Like no, just stop! Unfortunately I know the questions because my kids love McDonald’s… What I also don’t understand why they’re arguing with me and why they’re telling me I’m wrong. I ended up leaving. I don’t have time arguing with someone. Regardless, I go here a lot for my two kids to get this meal and now I know that the second shift is not the time to go to this particular McDonald’s. First shift you’re amazing and you guys do awesome. So thank you to the first shift for knowing your customer service skills. Second shift… you all need to be retrained or fired. Have some class and respect. Oh, here’s a picture that YES YOU INDEED DO HAVE THE MIGHTY KIDS MEAL. I never saw it on the app. YOUR LOCATION is the one that recommended this meal to me...
Read moreThe McDonald's on Oregon pk is the worst around.. I now go to the other one that's further for me, Cuz these guys are so incompetent, order is always wrong, but the last time I went was the icing on the cake.. They forced me to order on the kiosk, and then the kiosk never gave me a receipt!! So maybe make sure kiosk is working when you force someone to use it, then my order was wrong (again) and when I went to tell them, I was standing there for 5min before anyone came to help (they was busy joking around with the manager to pay attention to the customers) and when finally the manager decides to come, he has an aditude cuz I guess he had to work! I tell him my order was missing a cheeseburger he turns around and hands me a burger and walks away! Not one word! You know.. Maybe a we're sorry or something.. Nothing.. Just gave me aditude and handed me a burger and turned his back.. Horrible customer service! Manager was a Spanish older guy incase you guys care to retrain him on...
