My friend and I went out for a drink (12/27/19) and just some appetizers because I really wanted to try the bloomin onion, which I had never had before. We were sat right away (Which was at 9:15) because it was not busy and we were greeted a few minutes after we sat. Our server came up and was very blunt with no real emotion and asked if we wanted something to drink and if we wanted any appetizers and when we said we were just getting appetizers she became very uninterested in serving us. I had gotten a boozy cherry limeade which was very very sweet to the point where I did not drink really any of it and my friend had water. There was no hurry with our drinks even though it was not busy at all and so when she returned we ordered our appetizers which was a bloomin onion and cheese steak dip. It took 17 minutes to get our appetizers which we did time. The people sitting behind us sat about 7-8 minutes after us and they ended up getting there apps before us, which happened to also be a bloomin onion. When our food arrived the server dropped of the food and said the steak dip just came out and was hot. The dip was very hot and quite good, but our bloomin onion was wasn’t hot and it took 10 minutes before our server came back to check up which is when we told her that the bloomin onion was not hot and at that point she did say that it had sat a little while waiting for steak dip. The next one came out in a quick manner and was very hot but very greasy. She checked back about 20 minutes later to see if we needed anything and we did not. We ended up finishing shortly after and she did not return for another 15-20 minutes. We had asked another server if we could see the manager and she said sure and made sure to tell him we wanted to talk. Our server came back and we got the check and we paid because we didn’t not want to be there any longer as this whole thing took over an hour and a half. The manager did come over and said that someone told him we wanted to talk, and so we explained the situation and he did not say much and gave no real sincere apology. Read moreWent for Father's Day dinner at 7 pm. Had online reservations but still waited 30 minutes after reservations to be seated. (Understandably it was busy). Got to the table but waited another 24 minutes to get a drink order and order our app (blooming onion). At that time I asked the server if PRIME RIB was available, she checked and informed us that it was available. My wife and I both ordered the PRIME RIB with accompanying sides. Our blooming onion was delivered, but it was only half-ish of an onion, (one side was missing all the petals except for the first two rows). Didn't complain just ate it since we were now committed after an hour of being in the restaurant. Another 20 or so minutes go by and the table in front of us (who have been seated much longer than us) is speaking with the manager on shift about the PRIME RIB not being available. The manager was apologetic and offered to comp the bill and allow him to order whatever he wanted in place of the prime. Another ten minutes go by and our server comes over and hands us 2 menus and just says guess PRIME RIB is out you have to order something else??? So after an hour of waiting on entrée, we are told to bad the kitchen over sold?? So after again being committed to the dinner because we were not getting reservations anywhere else at 9 pm we decided on the ribeye and a filet. The filet was ordered medium and came out raw, raw, I showed the server and she took it back. The filet returned 15 minutes later and it was now maybe a medium rare. (Still not correct). My ribeye was the worst cut of ribeye I've had in a restaurant possibly ever. Still had silver tendon attached along the outside which was impossible to cut, and the juicy fat center was gnarled gristle. Just terrible. We didn't get upset just ordered boxes and figured lessons learned. Such a terrible experience. Definitely will not recommend to anyone. At no point did management offer any assistance just said "Oh this happens" and was gone. Ridiculous way to handle it! My dogs had a feast but at over $100 I don't love them...
Read moreHorrible ….horrible experience today! I decided to stop at Outback even though my family opted for your competitor Longhorne. First, the wings were delivered to our table, slimy! I specifically ordered well done wings. The waiter arrived to our table and took back the wings to be cooked harder. A manager came over and explained the wings was for another table. The new waiter brought the slimy wings to the wrong party! Mind you, the new waiter brought the wings to a table with no plates. I was immediately turned off! We had to WAIT A LONG TIME FOR our dinner course! While waiting I was served a house salad with frozen cucumbers. I ordered the porterhouse steak! Huge mistake….I ordered my steak medium well. I got rare. I didn’t want to complain, nor send the steak back so when the waiter came by and asked if everything was ok, I asked for an order of fries to eat until I got home to sear my own steak! The waiter insisted they would fix it! They took my steak to the kitchen and heated the porterhouse in the microwave!!!! The microwave removed the seared grilled taste! They brought the steak out to me hot and microwaved!! My son felt so bad, my appetite was gone, he insisted I tasted a piece of his steak and when I bit the steak a long vein came out and literally blood🩸dropped out from the vein.
