Solo adventurer on a short evening road trip away from home. First off, never even knew this place existed. Will definitely need to come back during daylight hours to scope out the grounds more. Definitely a great space for events, parties, girls weekends, and gatherings. I arrived shortly after Happy Hour on a Friday night. Decided to sit at the bar. The tender of the bar, Bobby, was attentive, personable and professional. He created the most wonderful pineapple mule this side of Pennsylvania, and he served it up with a smile. I would highly recommend requesting a “special” cherry 🍒 with your choice of libation. Trust me, just do it. And savor every second of it. Do you know what that wonderful drink tasted like? Another! Also, who knew I liked basketball so much?! Found myself caught up in the NY and Cleveland game after one of the Cleveland players had fallen and his face bounced off the floor. I was kind of invested in the game after that, and possibly bull be rooting for Cleveland going forward. Television placed is clear view and very clear reception. I decided to try the Apple Bourbon Wings. Gosh they were good. They cook them in the pizza oven, but if you wanted them crispy they can always throw them in the fryer for you. I chose to eat them how they’re prepared. Very filling and flavorful. I’d like to return soon and try some of the other menu favorites, but this visit everything was top notch. The only suggestion I’d make is some type of air fresheners in the stalls in the bathroom. Even if it was just to neutralize the odors that may be floating around. I had used a stall that someone had dropped a deuce and it was a doozy. Some type of poopoori would have prevented that claustrophobic feeling.

I was fortunate enough to dine at Bistro 2two2 during a Women’s Innovation & Networking conference. Will was our server and Antonio, was our new-to-the-establishment chef! I originally ordered the scallop spaghettini which left much to be desired but after an earnest plea to the chef he prepared me the Loma Saltado over spaghettini and it was THE BEST DISH EVER. Seriously, they should consider putting that on the menu! I followed my wonderful entrée with the gooey lemon cake with a blueberry compote and it is equally delicious… Highly recommend!!! A terrific end to a dreary day!

New restaurant so I think they're still ironing out the kinks but the service was extremely slow. The appetizers were all very good but the entrees were disappointing. I'd rate the appetizers as four stars but the entrees two to three. I had a coupon for 50% off so we thought we would give it a try. I would go back for drinks and appetizers, not sure about entrees. I got the soba noodle salad with grilled chicken and it was entirely lacking in flavor, extremely bland. The standout dish was actually the crispy Korean cauliflower appetizer.

We love staying at the Eden hotel. We’ve been coming for the last four years with our three children. We decided to try their new restaurant Bistro 2two2 today.

The food that we ordered was really good and tasty. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries and grilled chicken with a side salad off the kids menu. My husband and I ordered the pizza Classico and a Greek chopped salad which we enjoyed. The pizza was large enough to share with our children. The food came out quickly enough too.

However, we did not appreciate how our waitress served us. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she was overwhelmed with the three tables she was waiting on. As we were ordering our food, she was making weird faces like she was grossed out by what we were ordering. That was just a minor thing that we found interesting. What really struck us was that about 10 minutes after we got our food, and all of our plates still had food on them as we were in the middle of eating, she came over and said “how many boxes should I bring you?” My husband and I looked confused because we weren’t done. She said “ok, I’ll bring you two boxes.” She came with the two boxes and said “I’ll come back and clean when you put the food in boxes.” We felt very rushed and confused why she was in such a rush for us to leave. Our children were not loud, but instead sitting quietly, eating their food and watching videos on their phones. We decided to just put the food in the boxes she brought and leave. She brought the check immediately and said “I’m not rushing you.” I told her that she was and that she also added an extra salad on our check, which she did take out.” She then made sure she took the tip which we left in cash.

Basically, the food is good but the staff needs to be friendlier, don’t criticize their customers order, and don’t rush us out when we are in the middle...

Dined there on 12/9/23. Arrived at 5:30 pm with reservation for 4 people. We were seated and greeted warmly. Our waitress was friendly. It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive and I had to ask our waitress if there was an issue in the kitchen. Response was I am sorry but it will be worth the wait. Very poor answer. Food was luke warm when it arrived. The food was tasty. We were there almost 3 hours and there was no apology for the long delay, only server praising the food. Lesson learned- please share concern with your guests and offer apologies for the long wait and inconvenience, rather than ignore the situation and try to defer attention by telling guests how great the food is. Very disappointed with the experience, especially since we have always enjoyed our experiences at the Eden Resort restaurants in the past. Really feel we were not treated as a valued customer. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with parties in the hotel and if so this was very poorly handled. Left very disappointed with tonight's dining experience at 222Bistro. Hope this is an exception to the norm.

Just saw a response to my review from ownership. Underwhelming response. Telling thanks for recognition of our waitress? She never apologized and only praised the food and that the wait would be worthwhile. Pretty disingenuous comment. Standard boilerplate response and then hoping we will come back for a 5 star dining experience? Wow, very presumptuous. Where is the accountability for failing to provide the 5 star experience? What incentive is there to return without acknowledging a real failure and wanting to rectify that? You might want to look at some models of customer service and how to handle customer complaints before asking dissatisfied customers to return. Same disappointment experienced with your response to such a...
