Pappy's BBQ LLC, a fantastic food truck parked outside the Habitat for Humanity Restore, is a must-try! I ordered the mac and cheese topped with their pulled pork, and it was an absolute delight. The pulled pork was incredibly tender, and the creamy mac and cheese was perfectly comforting. They offer two barbecue sauce options, and I chose the mild, which added a wonderful flavor that complemented the pulled pork beautifully.
