Juicy Crab Seafood & Steak — Restaurant in Manheim Township

I used to visit Joe's crab shack at least once a month, but since it closed, I stopped searching for another Seafood boil restaurants. We came here for Father's day Seafood boil. This place has surprisingly good food with very reasonable price.

-Restaurant- Restaurant itself I believe used to be a Buffet restaurant, you can clearly see it at the 2nd half of the dining room. It was barely re-renovated, it looks as though they just made the change in the Kitchen and not much modification up front. But we will never know, things might change in the future. With that being said, for the most part the restaurant itself is clean, none of the tables are sticky, or chairs falling apart.

-Service- Service is comparable to most buffet and crab boil restaurants. The staffs are friendly. they offer good amount attention to your dining experience, making sure your tables aren't full of crab shells, you have enough water...etc. I also decided to order 1 item to go, they brought it to me when the check was presented not before (Perfect).

-Food- We order varies crab boil combos (B and C for the most part), as well as some fried shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price is (especially considering how expensive seafood is right now).

Crab boils you have at least 4 different flavors to choose from, as well as their own Signature Juicy Crab seasoning. You also have the option to pick your own level of spiciness. Crab boils comes in these huge plastic boil bags, with corn, potatoes and sausages as standard sides, as well as complimentary gloves, bibs and a trash bucket. Seasonings are very good. You can always order more sides as well.

SAVE YOUR MONEY OR EAT ELSEWHERE!! Thank Me Later! The food was horrible, I should have at least listen to the reviews when they said that the food has absolutely NO FLAVOR! I spent over $80 for seafood and wings! They Do Not care about quality food because they did not produce that! I received my food thru Door Dash, they forgot to give me my drinks and I ordered Spicy Wings with my order and they sent me regular fried wings. I got Snow crabs, shrimp, mussels and blue crabs! What a waste of my money. There was absolutely no flavor at all, it was ALL BLAND!! It wasn’t even any salt in the butter!! I also ask for Garlic Butter on the side because I had the Juicy Cajun butter in the bag, the butter was horrible with no flavor at all and the sauce I got on the side was not Garlic butter it was the same butter that was in the bag! I totally Got robbed, and for them to send me such food speak volumes about them! I don’t recommend and will not return. You will do better off going to your local grocery store and purchase food and cook yourself because they don’t have a clue what they are doing. I also felt like they didn’t care about getting my order correct so to me that’s just careless. I will stick with Crafty Crab and Mr. & Mrs. Crab which cares about the taste, quality of their food and the customer!

And just FYI be careful with the sauce what I discovered is they maybe just using pure oil instead...

I don’t normally leave reviews whatsoever, however everyone thinking about going here should be warned. I’m not from the area so we figured we would try this place, since the reviews were good. We walk in and the atmosphere is terrible, dingy, definitely was a chinese buffet and they randomly tried to rebrand into a seafood boil place? Very weird. Random music edits blaring on the TV as well. The bathroom was very dirty, and the fronts of both the soap dispensers fell off when you tried to use them. There were random dark places that weren’t being used and old boxes everywhere. We debated staying to eat because it looked so questionable in there to begin with, but our server came over 3 times in not even 5 minutes asking us if we were ready, so we finally just said yes and ordered. We decided to change our order to take out because of the atmosphere being so weird. ( Still tipped our server ) we got in the car and opened the bags to find out they forgot our corn. After the whole experience we decided to actually read through the 1 star reviews, and after seeing probably about 10 too many talking about food poisoning - we decided we’re better off not risking it.
