IF I COULD LEAVE MANITOWOC ARBY'S ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
For future reference:
Arby's in Manitowoc, WI is NOT service dog friendly & the manager there enjoys dropping F bombs on a person with autism & seizures. The dog has better manners than the manager currently on duty at Arby's!
Do not bring your disabled family members & loved ones there. They are not disability friendly if your disability requires the use of a dog to save your life nor are they ADA abiding. They will disrespect & swear at your loved ones dropping F bombs at them like there's no tomorrow!
Also, FYI..... even though my son's service dog was wearing a bright orange service dog vest the manager insisted he was not wearing a "service dog vest & she knew all the laws". What the heck is that supposed to mean to an autistic individual that you've just sent into a tizzy that they won't recover from for the next couple of hours?? When Preston's dad started to calmly speak about the laws the manager started yelling at them that they were causing a scene. What?? All of this was done in front of other paying customers. What a memorable event for them to see! I bet they all come running back for more of that manager's stellar service!
A service dog vest is not required by law to enter any establishment. The service dog community uses them as a courtesy to point out to the public that they are indeed a trained service dog or a service dog in training. ALSO, a service dog can indeed bark! It is often taught as an alert. In my son's case it is a seizure alert. You cannot toss a service dog out "because they might bite someone" after they let out one simple little bark they were trained to do because it is medically necessary & protected by the laws of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
I HAVE filled out a complaint form online & I will also be calling corporate tomorrow. What happened tonight to my son & his father with other customers having to listen to the manager while she went on a F bomb dropping tirade is 1000%...
Read moreI ordered my meal through the app. Upon going there to pick it up.. nobody answered, or said anything at the speaker. I sat there for at least 10-15 mins. So I left. Upon putting in my refund for it to be approved.. it was denied! I was told that workers were there. They made the food, and nobody showed up, so they tossed it into garbage. According to the cameras. Which doesn't make sense to me. I REALLY wanted my food. I NEVER had an issue with this location, or food chain. I didn't get my food, and I wanted a refund that I didn't get. Upon putting in a request it was denied. This is totally unfair. Arby's is the only fast food place that coincide with my diet. I was looking forward to my meal, my son was too since he wanted the new burger. It's not like I was asking for free food, or coupons. Just my money back for the food I NEVER RECIEVED!!! Therefore Upon being denied, I'm getting ahold of the Better Buisness Bureau, and letting them know the kind of business they, are running, and how they treat the customers. I've said all of this before, and my story NEVER changed. Now there district manager is ignoring me. It's about time I start sticking up for myself! I'M NEVER GOING TO ANY ARBY'S AFTER THIS!!...
Read moreThe staff taking orders mumble, then act like we are the bad guys when we ask them to repeat what they said. They are rude, we go to the store regularly, and every single time, I ask for Arby's sauce. And every single time, I get home and there is no Arby's sauce in the bags with my order. This time I find brown hair in my fries, and on my beef and cheddar sandwich our sandwichs we're not in standard Arby's sandwich foil, fries were undercooked, my attempt at calling the store to speak with a manager about my order was never even answered, just rang and rang and rang. This is one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had in 38 years. If your an Arby's fan, stay away from the Manitowoc Location. They don't care about their customers, we wasted $28 on two meals, and I'm sure that at best, well be offered a "coupon" for money off our next visit (as if that replaces the $28 we wasted on in edible food) Pass this store...
