Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Manor Township

This is by far the worst Rita’s I’ve ever been to. They can’t even make a proper milkshake—it came out completely wrong. When I asked them to remake it, they refused unless I paid for a whole new one. Are you serious? That’s terrible customer service. I paid for something simple and they couldn’t get it right, then had the nerve to expect me to pay again. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Thank you for responding, but let me clarify a few things. The milkshake I received was extremely watery, not sweet at all, and honestly just tasted like cold milk—nothing like a proper milkshake should. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told I’d need to pay for a new one, which is unacceptable. I paid for something simple, and it wasn’t made right the first time.

This is take out with some outside tables. They open in late March and stay open til its too cool to operate. Good enough water ice and gelato in tons of flavors. there are young kids for service yet the place is kept clean.
