Panera Bread — Restaurant in Mansfield Township

Honestly, super disappointed in the customer service here. I ordered a you pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and one of the new stacked chicken green goddess I. The guy who took my order definitely seemed new. He was going slow and I was repeating things for him. When I got the total, it was $44 for 2 people which seemed like a lot. But I didn’t say anything. Then when we got our door we saw why. He gave us full bowls of soup instead of the typical cup for the You Pick 2. But I still didn’t say anything. I figured it’s not a huge deal. And then I went to go eat my sandwich and realized there was no chicken on it. Since we spent so much on the food I figured I would at least politely ask them to fix it. I waited in a line of several people and kindly explained what was wrong when it was my turn. The guy (who got the order wrong in the first place) was going to take it and get me a new one until the manger (I believe her name is Julia) stopped him and told me to bring it to the pick up counter and just ask for a “cup of chicken.” I thought this was very rude especially as I had waited in line and honestly, getting me a new sandwich just would’ve been the nice thing to do. Instead I followed what they said, went to the pick up counter where another woman told me “oh you have to ask for the chicken one if you want chicken on this sandwich” to which I replied “I did.” Once again…very rude. Then she was like “well what do you want. I can heat you up some chicken if you want.” And I said “I guess that’s my option.” So she literally just heated me up a freaking cup of chicken instead of just making the sandwich correctly. I will definitely not be coming back here...

A few weeks ego I went to get a cup of coffee and they were some people behind the counters and in one of the registers a line and the other they were nobody, so I am waiting because in the other register people order meals, after a few minutes they told me to go on the other register and I ask why if this one was open and plenty people to take my order which was just a cup of coffee since they did not want to move to this register I walked out, the next day I went in the morning and got a cup of coffee and tasted terrible, so they changed for fresh cup and the same it was disgusting, so I stop going there, today I went for coffee for me and another for a friend, when I got to the office and he took a zip of the coffee he told me that taste like was burned all night and my too, so in the afternoon I went back and give the manager my coffee and told her to pay attention that it was either bad mix, but twice? or they change the brand they were using before, so they just lost a customer and I never I repeat never go back there, customer service is going down there, perhaps someone have to remain them who pay...

Table boths where a mess/all dirty asked the young if we can get the tables cleaned. Youcan tell he was busy, he ask a young lady but she was saying noo way she didn't want to clean the tables which was rude and unprofessional especially infront of a customer. He was nice to come out and clean them but they where still a mess. My boyfriend had to finish drying them because the where all wet and still a mess. It was around 1:30 on a Saturday not as busy. I come here all the time was so disappointed to see the place a mess. The girl he asked just kept on talking with 2 other girls behind the counter none stop. Do they really need 4 people behind the counter where you pick up. Ohh boy they sound like yapping dogs. lol talked the whole time I was there, someone put a muzu on her. Try to make lit of this experience. But they where unprofessional and I have worked in the food industry/customer service for many years. Smh. Soup was tasteful but did they cut...
