So I have just started back going to this place about a month ago I like to take my team breakfast because they have to be at work at 4 so they donāt have time to stop anywhere I have about 8 people there in the morning I would get everyone a pig in the blanket and a doughnut having them not to put them in a box but a small bag so they could just grab and go so the first 3 weeks I asked I noticed the older lady getting mad couldnāt figure it out so I went in on Saturday it was a younger lady that stated she was the owners daughter so Iām guessing the older one was the wife so I asked her the same thing put each one in a small bag I then went to say the other lady always seems to get upset when I asked that she went on and on saying it was stupid to bag everything separately Iām also thinking about germs as well I was like you donāt tell your customers that she then said youāre killing the world I then said you would feel bad if I just walked out and left this stuff sitting there and didnāt pay for it she had nothing to say I would never recommend anybody to this place and need to learn customer service skills I donāt...

I saw the sign about no outside food and wrongfully assumed it would be okay since I still purchased from the establishment. The lady at the counter said something which would have been fine but itās how you talk to people. A whole bunch of attitude was uncalled for. Had she just said āplease donāt eat from not purchased from here itās against our policyā in a respectful tone it would not have been an issue but āyou canāt eat food from outside itās there for a reasonā (with a whole lot of attitude) was beyond rude. Again I donāt get much time with my family so what was supposed to be a nice family outing turned into an unnecessary provocation that will keep us going to Lucyās. (Theyāre great just wanted to try something new) itās not surprise even after entering the establishments name I had to hit āsee moreā 4 times before I found your business. Went to get a donut that was forgotten in my bag... the man (which we have heard a lot of not so great things before) told me I needed to pay, he also didnāt even help me (he is the owner from what Iām told).. which I had already paid.. went over and over and added it with them about already paying... they refunded (which I didnāt want) but they did it to someone elseās card and not mine. It was a complete mess over just wanting to get the 1 donut. Even waited and let them take care of everyone else before just getting my donut. Either they have a hard time understanding or they really really donāt care about customer service. Over a donut.... we have gone there for a long time (even though they are much higher than the others and have double charged us in the past but we just let it go... we will stick to the one down the road...
Donāt ever pay cash and always check your donuts...
