Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mansfield

People there just don’t care. Months ago ordered delivery. Online says making your pizza, never moved after that. They did not answer phone, Brittany/Bethany(not sure) next day says we didn’t have delivery. Why could you answer phone to let me know. I can get your pizza out today, no I already got take out. Ok, so you will wait for another day, yes. She still delivers my pizza instead of waiting, SMH! This time, the young snot nose kid manager is confrontational & making excuses why my pizza is over an hour late. It was time for bed. Yeah, he saved ya’ll money by not rectifying his mistake. Oh he was so generous & sent a liter of soda. I don’t drink sodas, so I got my pizza way past dinner but he stood his ground that nothing was done wrong. I can't rate this place, 1 star is because I have to , either they don't sell their pizzas to minorities or they are straight out racists . I have ordered pizza twice n the first time they acted like they didn't know the address the second time tonight I waited and after an hour no pizza was delivered then I had to call the manager and he was passionately rude even hanged up on me. I called back more than three times n he didn't answer I guess my phone has been flagged . I still need to talk to the branch manager as they also took payment without delivering my family pizza. Put in a mobile order online thirty minutes before closing. Instantly, and I mean instantly get a call from the store, the manager Donna. Apparently the oven is broken and they can’t make anymore pizzas. Heard this before, so ask her again and now apparently there is no pizza supplies. Weird how it all of sudden changes. Now I understand you are closing soon, but closing soon isn’t closed and it’s not like this was a last second buzzer beater of an order. This was thirty minutes before closing.
