I have gone there twice to order some of the little sandwiches on sale and a famous bowl and both times I had to wait for the sandwiches. The wait time ended up being almost 18 minutes the last time and I had to go back in the store from where they told me to park from the drive through and they all started yealling at each other about who had started the food cooking. No one seemed to care about my service or the fact that it had been almost 20 minutes. They they had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to wait another 7 minutes while they cook the tenders and when I said just give me my money back the yealling all started again. The so called manager didnt even care about my satisfaction, matter of fact she yealed at the cashier up front (person that didnt even take my order to begin with it was the drive through person) to just give him his refund. When the cashier gave me my refund she got upset because he gave me a refund on my whole order of only $10 and some change and started yealing at him I said just the sandwiches fool. I was so mad I will never go back there again for the way she treated the cashier and because of the way they messed up two different orders on two different days at different times as well. Also when I went inside I was shocked at how filthy the restaurant was as well and couldnt believe it was that way. Then I remembered that it's most likely that way because when I walked in the so called manager was on her cell phone and I'm sure it wasnt a business call the way she acted when she had to get up out of her chair and actually come see what a customer wanted. Dont recommend them at all....6-6-2019 worst drive through experience ever. Ordered 4 chicken little sandwiches and a famous bowl. Paid for the order at 21:13 and after I paid for the order the guy said "oh by the way we don't have any chicken strips for the sandwiches do you want to wait." I said why didnt you say something before I paid? He just looked at me then said "Do you want to wait." I said well I guess so how long. He said "5 minutes". Then I pulled around to the door and waited until 21:30 and started banging on the door. I didn't get anyone out to my truck until 21:40 and all they had was the four sandwiches and the guy said "that his manager had bumped my order and they didn't know what I ordered with the sandwiches." I told him a famous bowl and I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. The guy said I'll go get you a bowl. By the time he came back it was 21:46. Now that I got home and looked at the order I also notice their is hardly any chicken or corn in the bowl plus they didn't give me any napkins or a spoon for the bowl at all. Read moreI live more than 30 Minutes from this store and sometimes I will stop on my way home from work and grab dinner. So if my order is wrong its not an easy turn around to drive back to the store to correct it. This is the second time in two weeks this KFC store has messed up my order. The first time was my fault. I ordered the new boneless chicken in DARK meat. When I got home it was white, So it took a one hour total round trip to correct my meal. The second time I went inside and told the clerk 3 times I wanted dark meat boneless. After the clerk made the meal I checked it and low and behold it was white meat AGAIN. I went inside and told the clerk my order was all white and I ordered all DARK meat. He actually argued with me and said I was wrong. I showed the clerk it was white and all he wanted to do was aruge so at that point I left and when I got home and took a bite it was all white meat. I called and called the store and no one will answer. When I called on its sister store to ask for the district manger no one could tell me who the store manager was or could even give me a contact number. My favorite chicken is KFC, but I will not continue to order anything again from this store because of how I was treated and the clerks dont seem to care, there right and the customer is wrong. Read moreI came to the drive-thru at this location on 5/31/18 and ordered 3 #5 for a total of ~$16, gave the guy a $100 bill in exchange for my foods then drove off. I came back 2 hrs later and talked to the shift manager about the situation and hopefully we could review the tape or checked the cashier register so I can get my money back. He said the guy that took my order have already left for the day plus his cashier was balanced so nothing he could do about it, but he did ask for my number to report it to the upper manager about the camera which I gave him all my info. Waited for 3 days and no one called me back, then I decided to write a report on the main KFC website. The next day the upper manager called me back. We were back and forth for 2 days and he came back with me saying that they reviewed the video and nothing they saw on the video indicating that I gave the $100 to the guy or if the guy cheated. I asked if I could see the video and if it shows that I'm wrong then I'm willing to apologize the store and wasting everyone's time and just drop this and walk away happy otherwise I just need my exact change back. He said he tried his best but another upper level manager would not allow him to release the camera or give my money back. I am not happy with this at all.
