Chinos tacos are good, however; after ordering a five order for pick up that’s when it fell apart. They pack the sauce for the Chinos Tacos (bad take on Chico’s Tacos) in a flimsy container where the lid isn’t secure. I had sauce spilling in my car on the way home. I called and said I was disappointed in how they packed the sauce. All the lady that answered was doing was giving excuses and on the defensive. I ordered the Grande burrito with steak and NO sour cream as I'm allergic to it. When I got back to the office, I find that it has sour cream and no steak but hamburger. The saltiest hamburger I have ever eaten. This is now the 3 time I have requested no sour cream and gotten it. IT is the last time. I love their tacos, they are always amazing. But my reason for the low score is bc they are cutting corners with the ingredients of the salsas. They are not thick nor creamy like they used to be, instead they are watered down and lack consistency. The flavor is lacking as well and it is such a disappointment.
