I don't know where to start. The staff is friendly from what I can tell even with the madness that goes on in the area during lunch time. The food is alright, regular for a D'angelos. My main issue with this food chain is how dirty they are. The one in Attleboro is more local to me and it's clean but the bathroom is small. I would have thought they would have upgraded the bathroom because I'm almost sure the restaurant is from the 90's. Regardless I usually pick up my food. This leads me to my next point with the Mansfield restaurant. I came here with a co-worker for lunch and used the bathroom before eating my sandwich. I walked into the bathroom and was greeted with the most disgusting toilet I've ever seen in my life. It looked like someone lost their life using this throne. The water was up to the rim and loaded with toilet paper and feces. After the sight I felt compelled to just turn around and leave but I had already payed and my lunch window is so short I wouldn't have had time to eat. Luckily this place had a low sink. So used that instead. Washed my hands and got the hell outta there. It was tough to stomach my food after that because I just felt like everything was dirty. I don't know how this bathroom goes unattended with people working day long shifts.
The windows are dirty as hell too. I think because they're double pane and moisture is in-between them. Id only recommend eating here if you're picking up your food. But I think I might steer clear now that I have the image of how dirty the bathroom...
Read moreCalled for lunch. It's not my first time. But they really need to improve their service. First I felt a sense of discrimination based on my english accent. Looking past that, the person taking order didn't even have the patience to receive my order correctly. He/she tried to cut me off multiple times and didn't even ask me any questions on how I want it made. Didn't even let me say I want it toasted.
I think D'Angelo thinks too much about itself and thinks that their sandwiches are the best forever..! How foolish. Their sandwiches are barely average.
Taste wise also just 1 star because they don't even take the order correctly and churn a rushed up version of my order with multiple things missing and soggy with teriyaki sauce not well made.
I have worked the grill before and I was good too. These persons working in D'Angelo don't seem to care about quality or customer experience. And they don't have a clue on how to use the grill..
Very poor experience and my sandwich didn't even have all the things I wanted now was well made not was tasty nor was exactly what I wanted.
I hope the manager takes these comments seriously and hopefully next time I'll have a better experience.. Though I may never go...

Zero things wrong.
What is super wrong is that the credit debit processors dont allow us to leave these wonderful hardworking people who live in our communities a tip. I will do my best to remember to bring cash for that.
Allowing us to provide a tip for excellent service makes us feel better that we had the option to do so rather than the option not to.
In return your employees have the opportunity to feel valued by their working experience.
win win.
Please provide new machines or update them. I can start a go fund me if necessary.
see you soon 7/18/19...
