I placed an order for 2 pizzas - large Hawaiian & Pacific veggie.
Both pizzas were not thoroughly cut and missed ingredients. After I called the store to complained and wanted a refund. The store workers said over the phone, they could only give a store credit. The store worker told me the credit for the two pizzas were under my name and needed to order in person for the next visit. My next visit - a few weeks later, I came into the store- in person @1:20 pm. Only 1 worker was on shift and no manger on duty. I explained situation of my 2 free credit of the pizzas. The worker told me she could not access the system for my credit. And the manager only has access to the system and will be in @7 pm. She said and will honor my 2 free pizzas and will make it right away. This was at 1:25 pm. She told me it’ll be about 20 mins. I end up waiting for 40 mins later and another worker told me that I cannot claim my credit until a manager arrives @4 pm. They cannot do anything. I explained to the worker that I’ve already wait over 40 mins and still no pizza. I was told my pizza was being made and will be done in 20 mins. After I tried to place an in person order and ask to honor the “50% off all orders promotion”. The worker said only online orders and they don’t have any codes in person to key in the system. That’s ridiculous and unheard of, how any workers in store have no access to the systems. After I even went on the app and placed my order for 50%, which should be 100% free credit pizzas. My account in my app, had no such credit under my name. I ordered 2 large - 14’ inch pizzas. I get home, open the box, find out to see the pizzas were small, smaller than 14’ inches. Total time I’ve waited in the store 1:30 . 1 hr and 1/2 Not only I was lied to, but also didn’t receive the correct product by your workers, they couldn’t resolve the issue, not at all. My last two visits were extremely awful. Not satisfied at all, not one bit. Absolutely absurd! Garbage. Terrible customer service. Walked again-I end up waiting for over 40 mins + , for another worker talking back and forth in their language and finally for them to tell me they couldn’t apply the credit and needed a manager; of course was not duty. Terrible operation having no manager on duty. I was told I’d get a call about the situation, never happened. Wasted time and just awful. Never again. If I could I’d give negative stars ! Why?....Because at 11 pm when every ordinary delivery driver, pizza tosser, sauce spreader, cheese sprinkler, general manager, and slightly stoned male associate who answers the phone to tell you that he’s sorry but your address is just out of their delivery radius..... are all at home snuggled up on the couch and picking their noses thinking about why kind of customer complaints tomorrow will bring. ....but not Domino’s.... no, Dominos is there to feed our late night hunger..To pick us up out of our cravings , dry our tears with a breadstick and deliver us the dough like a true American hero, while we track their every move and wait eagerly with eyes glued on their trusty webpage..
However the reason I deducted a single star was to let them know that while I was tracking my pizza, I noticed it was taking Donna longer to inspect my pizza then it took for them to receive the order and cook it... and after about 20 minutes of “inspection”... I started to worry that she found something in my pizza that was concerning enough to look a bit closer.

I usually hate leaving bad reviews but this location consistently gets every single order wrong on some level and sometimes it has to due with allergies (that is usually the only time I call to complain) but if it's something else, I just deal with it. I placed an order online earlier and I even CALLED once the order went through to make sure it was recieved correctly (because it's an ongoing issue, cant remember last time my order was right) and they confirmed everything was fine on the phone. Tonight, however the order was wrong yet again (something was forgotten) so I called to ask for a correction, no big deal. They said someone was coming to our house right now. It's been 2 hours since calling (11pm now) with no call or show. I'm not looking for free pizza, points on my account or a manager offering to make it right since it appears that nobody there can make anything right anyway. You people really need to improve.
