No good options for Mcdonald's in Tioga County PA. It is a frustrating experience if you are trying to go through the drive-thru. It has been like this for years. The stores do not know how to handle the traffic through their drive-thrus. The double ordering lines are a mess. There is no rhyme or reason to the order in which they chose which line to answer first. Pull up first, no cars in line, sit and wait. "I'll be with you in just a moment". Another car pulls up in the other lane and from the other speaker, "Hello can I help you?" Well what about me, I was here first? ... a second car pulls up to the other lane and again "Hello can I help you?" Nothing out of my speaker, like I'm not even there. You spoke to me!? Do you think I disappeared? If you somehow finally get to order, the moment you pull up to the pick-up window... "Please pull over", "please pull over", "please pull over." NO! I ordered one thing! Please just let me have it so I can get the hell out here!
Figure it out McDonald's. You have the least efficient, most frustrating drive-thrus in the county.
1 year later, nothing had changed. Continually bad, even more frustrating. It's...
Read moreIts McDonalds, lol. But the staff are quite friendly, they don't act like I've put them out if I order a burger without pickles or fries cooked extra-crispy. Drive-thru seems to accumulate some trash blown in from other area businesses, but I have noted McD's employees out there with a broom and pan sweeping FAR more often than other locations, so I believe the manager (or maybe the employees themselves) take pride in keeping a tidy store. Table tops seem to be cleaned regularly, and debris cleared pretty quickly after certain idiots leave a mess on their tables (trays, wrappers and fry containers left on tables). Ice cream machines down often, but what franchisee DOES care about their ice cream machines these days? One of the better McDonald's I've ever visited. EDITED 6 Oct 2025 ASHLYNN and KIERRA (I'm so sorry if I butchered your names) are about the friendliest workers I've ever encountered, in a drive-through or otherwise! Big smiles, apologies for a wait of about 20 seconds, extremely friendly... just wonderful folks! Thanks so much, ladies, for making my day better! Hope your supervisors...
Read moreI have never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life. In the past 48 hours I have had 3 bad encounters. They were rude and wouldn’t add Mac sauce to a sandwich. Mind you it’s Mac sauce and literally they would slather a Big Mac in it. Then they forgot to put a bunch of food in my bag. Today was the biggest issue, they made me sit at the ordering screen for 5 mins just so that the menu would switch to Lunch. Then they told me they didn’t have anything left for breakfast when I called them out on it. I have worked fast food, I know the struggles. The management and workers of this McDonald’s are not people I would want to work...
