McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

McDonalds is located off of Holland Road and 360 freeway, serving up classic burgers, fries, shakes, and more. This particular McDonald's has an indoor play house for kids to get loose and have a good time in the hot Texas summers.

We usually come here on weekends right before lunch starts at 11 am and get breakfast and lunch and just make it a brunch for the family. They are located right next to a gas station and has ample parking. There are also 2 drive throughs as well to get you in and out in a jiffy. They also have curbside pick up as well if you order through the app. I highly recommend downloading the app to get the most bang for your buck and stack up on rewards since there are a lot of freebies being offered. They also have 4 digital kiosk to use to place your own order, and they have the option to dine in or carry out.

As for the food, everything I have eaten here is standard, and they do a good job progressive cooking to keep your food fresh and hot. The service provided is great, and they even deliver to your table when dining in. Inside is clean and modern with tables and booths to sit at, and they even have a bar area with stools to enjoy your food. They playhouse inside is big with a small obstacle course where kids can get active climbing and having fun. They also have dining inside the play house with 4 touch-screen monitors with games to play.

Overall, " I'm lovin' it" and happy with this location and the service they provide. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more items and redeeming more rewards being offered...

I mean.... It's McDonald's... My expectations are generally met at all McDonald's because they aren't high. This branch went through a recent remodel and it's done wonders for the environment.

I love the new ordering kiosks. It's so great not to have to interact with cashier's and be able to fully customize your order. One thing which was missing was the ability to add big Mac sauce to anything. This is their iconic sauce. You should be able to order a side of it or add it to any menu item. If you speak with a person, they let you however the kiosk did not. Overall though, kiosks are a huge plus to me.

Additionally, They updated and revamped their kids play space. It desperately needed new tables and chairs which it received. They are lovely, modern and comfortable. The climbing equipment is all brand new with updated physical challenges. I can't decide if I'm excited or disappointed that they added video game kiosks. I feel like sometimes the point of the play place is to burn off energy which kids are NOT doing when they choose to just sit there and play video games.... Something most kids can do at home.

All in all though, they did a fantastic job of freshening up the space and modernizing the entire experience. Now if they would only get a couple of coca cola freestyle machines! ...

I literally went here for a coffee. I could not believe how difficult it was to get a coffee order, filled. I asked for a caramel macchiato iced coffee. The young man gave me a premium roast coffee, hot. And walked away. I set it on the counter and came back, had attitude, and said what I said I asked for a caramel macchiato iced coffee. He came back with an iced coffee, plain set it on the counter and walked away, someone walked past me I said can I have a manager went away and here comes another young lady who says can I help you all timid and I said are you the manager? She said no no the manager is busy. I said OK I want to speak to the manager , so the manager came and she said can I help you ma’am? I said I asked for a caramel macchiato iced coffee she went. She got me a caramel macchiato iced coffee. It was terrible. I took it and I left, but I ended up pouring it out it was absolutely nothing but sugar. It was not even made like they make them. I don’t recommend this. I don’t know if they was just having a bad day. They don’t have to worry about my business. I’m sure it won’t affect their business.
