2years ago I had a very bad experience with this place. Last week for Easter my husband suggested we should go back and eat there. I reluctantly went expecting poor service. To my surprise we were given an amazing server named Quincy. She literally restored my faith in this place. Not only was she very attentive she was friendly and had a lot of tables but she still made it feel like we were her only guest. I asked to see her manager and without pause she got her right away. I explained to her manager my previous experience here two years ago, which is written below. I told her that Quincy did an amazing job with waiting on us and giving us amazing suggestions. I told the manager to keep hiring ppl like Quincy and they will do just fine.
Thank you 360 and new management for this amazing experience for me and my family. Changing my 1 star into a 5 star.
(2 years ago experience) I usually don’t give bad reviews however this has to be said. I have tried calling this establishment for exactly a month and the phone just rings rings and rings. So unfortunately I will have to write a yelp review. I hate leaving negative reviews because I work in retail and would like to have a chance to make it right before getting a bad review. When we went to this restaurant for the first time they gave you a 10% discount if you wrote a 5star review. Anyway:
August 8th was my wedding anniversary. I wanted my husband to take family out for an anniversary brunch. I had the pleasure of eating at this establishment 2 times and loved the food O ordered. When we arrived we were seated quickly however this is where the problem started. As we waited to be served a white family sat right in front of us. They arrived 5 minutes after we sat down. They were promptly waited on and we still didn’t have a server come to our table. This made me and my husband upset. We had a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a baby 7 months old (if you haven’t guessed it we are a black family). After the White family server finished with their order I politely told them that we were seated first and no one greeted us or asked if we wanted drinks. My husband wanted to leave but I insisted on staying because I was hungry and I didn’t feel like leaving (in high insight we should have). The waitress who took our table tired her best to fix the situation however the white family behind us got all of their drinks and food on time and check. Whereas our meals continued to be late, my husband’s food was bland, and the mini street tacos that I ordered when they first open was not tasty as the once were. When we Were finished our meal it took forever for them to give us our bill. My husband was livid at this point and told me to wait to pay for the bill as he loaded the kids in the vehicle. You would think the manager would come out and apologize and try to take care of some of the bill but no. For all the inconvenience they cause which was suppose to be a happy breakfast turned into a bad experience. Still can’t get in touch with the manager to tell him about the very poor service.
I hate for this to sound like a black white complaint but I was just painting the picture for you all.
Do better answer your phones please this all could have...
Read moreDisappointed Experience We kept hearing great things about this place, so we decided to try it for my wife's birthday brunch. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype.
The service was okay, and the restaurant itself is nicely decorated. I ordered the chicken and waffles and paid extra to get all thighs. I'm glad I did, because when I cut into the first piece, the chicken was noticeably pink. We informed our server, who brought over the manager. She told us the cooks said the fried chicken was supposed to be pink due to being dark meat, as long as it wasn’t bleeding. However, when I cut into the other two pieces, they were much whiter—clearly showing the first one wasn't cooked the same.
I've cooked and eaten plenty of fried chicken, and I always order thighs. I've never seen them come out this pink. Unfortunately, they couldn’t replace the dish because the fryers were already turned off—they were closing in about 20 minutes. The manager did give us a $5 discount, which was appreciated, but the whole meal felt rushed.
My wife’s omelette seemed undercooked, and all three slices of her toast were burnt. Maybe we came at the wrong time or on a bad day, but for the prices they charge, we would’ve had a better experience at Cracker Barrel or IHOP.

Read moreThis restaurant is not bad, but it also isn’t particularly good. I’ll start this review with the atmosphere, at first glance the atmosphere is trendy, and cozy hip establishment. I like the initial look, and I really like the setup with the bar. It is cool to see the liquor on the overhead shelf. And I like the pink neon sign and light fixtures with the Edison lights. However upon further inspection it is clear corners were cut and it doesn’t take long for the atmosphere to shatter. Standing by the host stand waiting for a table I saw their advertisement for the special, it was a piece of printer paper taped to the wall, this could have been drawn on the chalk board by the host stand, or atleast framed, instead it was an eye sore. taking a closer look at their bubble light fixtures they are either plastic, dirty, or both, just detracts from the visual quality of their decor. Upon being seated my party was served water, their water glasses are plastic, which just kind of rubs me wrong, this may seem kind of knit picky, but ask yourself how many medium end establishments have you gone to recently where you were served anything in a plastic, it just feels cheap. Service was friendly, however not entirely knowledgeable about the menu, and not particularly swift. One of my party members asked about whether or not an item came with cilantro and if it does to not put it on their food. Our waiter tells her the item does not have cilantro and has nothing to worry about. She gets her food with cilantro integrated into her food. (Side note cilantro is a somewhat common allergy, it won’t kill anyone but if someone says don’t put it in their food it is because it will make an entire item taste like soap to them) we got our food in a reasonable amount of time, but we had not been given silverware. We ask for this as soon as we were served our food. The girl that brought our food out shortly responds and walks off, we wait about 90 seconds, I set a timer. 3:13 later We have to ask a second time for silverware. By the time we get silverware our food has sat in front of us for nearly 6 minutes. The only food which I can speak to the quality of is the chicken and waffles, I enjoyed this item but it was nothing to write home about. I like the variety in how the chicken is served, a leg a wing, and breast, all fried. And I think they have an interesting idea with their approach to the waffles as I believe it was cheddar that there is a hint of in the waffles. All things considered this restaurant is alright, it doesn’t really set itself apart from others especially in the area, I would be more partial to first watch next time I go out for brunch in this area, but this establishment is not the...
