This was my go to when craving a quick bite of ok tasting Mexican food. Last week I went to the drive through ordered 2 fajita plates and they gave me two tacos plates these tacos had a bit of guacamole and 3 small pieces of chicken, rece and beans for sides for $16 + tax (definitely not worth the price). I had to go back when I live over 30 mins away, now this was my fault for not checking my food before I left, I just trusted I was going to get what I ordered since I’d never had a problem with them. So upon arriving at the intercom I politely told them they got my order wrong and they told me to pull up at the window, I explained politely to the older lady who manages the drive through that they got my order wrong. She said give me your ticket and went on to rudely say I got what I ordered that the ticket said carbon plate and that is tacos. And I said yes ma’am I understand that is what the ticket says but it is not what I ordered, and she just kept insisting I was in the wrong, and that the item I wanted was more expensive suggesting I pay more for it, I had no problem paying the difference, we all make mistakes. Problem was that she was rude kept blaming me for the mistake. The other employees where fixing the order, I saw they placed my bag on a table next to her and were serving the plates, when she goes and snatches the bag with my plates and she personally finishes angrily TOSSING the contents in, shuts them, tosses the sauce and tortillas in there and shoves the bag at me. I even went to thank her for switching out my order even though she did what she did but only had the window shut in my face mid word. That is No way to treat a costumer when they made a mistake, much less should she be handling food with dirty hands when she only handles the register. Goes without saying that the sauce she tossed into the bag spilled all over my plates. Will never be going...

Read moreFirst let me just say I have been to this particular Rosa’s OVER AND OVER… I have always loved the food and CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT… UNTIL last Sunday!!! 😡 I went through the drive through to order a #40 (combination nachos) and a peach tea! Long story short the guy that took my order left off my drink and I did notice my total was lower than it should be. When I made it to the window the chick (I later found out her name MONICA) was working the window and told me my total was $10 (and some change). I figured they must had figured out they left off my drink so I had no problem paying. MONICA came to the window with a larger order and I politely let her know that was not my order. But I was thinking since she tried to hand me the wrong order she probably charged me for the wrong order so I asked her… this is where my visit turned into the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced… EVER! I don’t have to go into great detail but she kept shutting the window in my face, kept telling me she wasn’t the one who’s took my order, asked my why was I confused (about the missing drink), kept telling me she wasn’t the cook (because she handed me nachos w just meat, beans and chips), told me that I was complaining to the wrong person about the way I received my order (I wish I had time to type the entire NIGHTMARE!!). I made a complaint with her manager in the store and corporate! I left I message with their corporate office and they called me back the very next day! Riggo (the regional mgr) was super...
