Came to the grand opening and waiting an hour to be let in and was given two vip vouchers and was excited to be able to get the cups for me and my friend. They said they couldn’t give us two cups even though we had TWO vip vouchers. We even were trying to do two separate transactions and they said no. Frustrated that we waited that long and they wouldn’t allow us to get the free cup they advertised even with TWO vip vouchers, made no sense. And than the raffle they had they did not allow us to just submit our raffle ticket like any other raffle where you submit ticket in a raffle bucket but instead wanted us to wait another hour for when they have raffles and we had to be there in person to submit raffle ticket instead allowing us to just submit it when we bought...

We order total 7 drink and non of its good. Taste like flavor water instead of milk tea. Wasted moneys. Will not be back. And no it’s not a mix up as you respond. We was at Teaspoons on Broard st in Mansfield. There are 4 of us come in on Monday 03/17 around 6 -7pm.
