Let me start off by saying this I love Ross and have been shopping at Ross stores for years. BUT this location in Mansfield off 287 is horrible. I went into the store to find some items and the workers are EXTREMELY rude. No one speaks when you walk into the store they just look at you and roll their eyes. No one offers assistance of any kind they will literally walk right pass you. On top of you don’t know who is a worker and who is a customer. The short heavy set white lady in the fitting room with the grey hair is just rude. I literally walked up to try on clothes and she didn’t even open her mouth to say anything. She was so busy complaining and talking about another worker who’s apparently new her name tag I couldn’t read , because she was actually working. She was pushing the clothes from the fitting room, but it started with a (Den). Whoever this lady is training in the fitting room I will call her (Den) she was the sweetest ever I spoke to her and she actually spoke back with a smile. Her and another lady (white) with glasses hair in a bun was the only people I seen actually working. The workers in the front just stand around and talk or on their phones, the alarms are constantly going off and no one goes to cut them off. This location is a joke. Stuff is all over the floor the shelves are unorganized. The management of this store need to be retrained because clearly they don’t know what they are doing. The tall African American lady with dreads she just walked over stuff that is on the floor instead of picking it up. The aisles are so cluttered you can’t even get through. If they had several workers like Den and lady with the bun the store might actually look decent. I will be calling corporate because this is ridiculous this is not the first time either. UPDATE: The lady...
Read moreDefinitely the worst experience I have ever had going into a second chance retailer. Was ask to leave because a I had a bottle of water walking in. Loss Prenvention approached aggressively and told me I couldn't have my water in the store as it is a saftey hazard and I would have to leave. I simply asked him if he had a sign or policy statement telling customers this. He pointed ay a 1x2 sign that read " Please no food or drink in the store". Please is a request not a rule. This Loss Prevention person was rude and aggressive at the door. I asked for the MOD and she said the same thing, looking more annoyed that I had a issue rather than trying to fix the issue. Will not be shopping there again due to the lack of customer service. Haven't had a issue with me or my family bringing in a liquid in until now. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. Weird these stores are mostly in the red all year and they put people in a false sense of power that should not be allowed to overlook a toaster oven. Parents, parents with children better finish off their drinks prior to entering, because that pit bull is watching and waiting at the door. Vets, if have a issue in large places and use a water bottle to cope, better make sure there is no more...
Read moreDec. 16, 2024. This Ross is the worst of the worst. There are never enough employees to work the floor or registers, so the lines are extremely long all the time. The loss prevention worker was busy pushing shopping carts for the store employees instead of monitoring for theft. I overheard employees working in the fitting room saying they were going to ignore the mess of the store and complaining it was not their job. This store is a safety hazard as well. It's so cluttered that you are likely to trip and fall somewhere. I hear a lawsuit coming. Attached are pictures. There was one aisle that was nice, clean, and clear. Everywhere in the store was filthy. The floors haven't seen a mop in months. From the infants and children side to the other side of the store where the men's shoes are. If I can give this store no stars, I would. The manager of the store and employees need to be let go. This store needs to close for a month to revamp and rehire. Ross Corporation needs to intervene with this store immediately. PS....stop sending more stuff to this store. There's...
