Well where to start went in picked out an engagement ring had to send it in to get resized, waited 2 weeks to to get it back. Got the call saying they had it on Christmas Eve. With my excitement I rushed to get it, got it went into the car and opened it looking forward to proposing on New Year's Eve. Upon inspecting the ring I noticed one of the diamonds were different, having taking pictures from when I picked it out it was clear a rose diamond was inserted into the ring. Guessing it fell out when resizing and they carelessly just put something in its place. Well I had to send it back in to get it fixed! Keep in mind I was going to be proposing tonight I was told I would most likely not get my ring until January 6th 2017! I explained that I had a plan all figured out and paid for for tonight. I was told She will try and get a rush order on my ring! Low and behold I got a call yesterday saying the ring was done and is ready for pick up. I told her I would not be able to make it in time to get it yesterday and would be there at 6 pm tomorrow "being New Years Eve" asked if they would still be open for me to pick it up. Was told yes they would be open until 9pm, I go there at 6 pm to pick up my ring and guess what closed! Blacked out nobody there... now I spent money not only on the ring but paid money to make this a beautiful proposal for tonight and my plans/engagement is ruined because of this unprofessional company!!! I am more than mad and honestly think I'm just going to get my money back! Thanks for ruining my engagement Zales!!!! This night was supposed to be memorable for her on such a great night and so much time put into planning on how/where/when. She will be expecting this tonight, on everything we are doing and I can't deliver because of this horrible company!!! I promise you will never get anymore...

I had such a wonderful experience at Zales thanks to Kay. I originally stopped by just to get my engagement ring resized, but once Kay processed it, she kindly asked if I had considered a wedding band. There was absolutely no pressure, just a genuine and helpful offer to show me some bands that would pair well with my ring.
She was incredibly patient while I tried on several options (indecisive me!) until I found the perfect one. Even then, I was still leaning toward just resizing my ring. But Kay took the time to explain how the band I chose would fit better with my ring at its current size. I was hesitant due to the price, but she informed me of the current offers and financing options, which really made a difference.
The entire store felt welcoming with fair pricing and knowledgeable, friendly associates. Thanks to Kayâs outstanding customer service, I walked away with my beautifully cleaned engagement ring and a wedding band that fits and looks amazing.
My fiancĂ© also took a look at wedding bands, and although he didnât purchase one that day, Kay and the team were just as patient and helpful with him.

   Read moreThe Zales location in Mansfield, TX has become my new home for my wife and I. Had I known about this location before recently I would have been left the Cedar Hill location alone. Everyone at this location is nice, they great you when you walk in and you donât feel the eyes staring at you like you donât belong. Mrs. Pam didnât hesitate to greet and help me out when I walked in to pick up my wedding ring, which seemed like forever when I dropped it off due to one of my baguettes being broken (which Cedar Hill location never caught)! But overall this is my go to location, I was able to purchase an anniversary gift for my wife and purchase myself a new necklace. I canât recall the other lady that helps me out when I go in but everyone is so helpful! They have definitely won me over...
