Pizza Twist — Restaurant in California

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this situation was so frustrating and disrespectful that I have to warn others. I ordered ONE medium Tandoori Pizza from Pizza Twist Manteca through DoorDash. Not only was I charged TWICE, but the restaurant had the audacity to lie and say that I canceled the order two times, which is completely false.

I have all the screenshot proof showing that I never canceled anything. The order was placed once, and I waited for my food. Instead of accepting their mistake, the staff decided to blame the customer and refused to take any accountability.

I tried resolving this through customer service, and I got nowhere. The restaurant acted like it wasn’t their problem, and DoorDash gave me the runaround. In the end, I was charged double, got no proper help, and was basically ignored.

This is NOT about a few dollars — it’s about trust, honesty, and basic customer service, and Pizza Twist Manteca has failed in every way. The way they handled this situation was disgusting, and I feel completely disrespected as a customer. If a restaurant can’t own up to its mistakes, they don’t deserve any business.

I will be filing formal complaints against the restaurant.

Save yourself the stress — do NOT order from this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually care about their customers. Pizza Twist Manteca is the worst experience I’ve ever had with...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Twist in Manteca, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.

The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, from classic pizza flavors to unique twists on traditional favorites. I chose their Curry Paneer Pizza Twist, and I was blown away by the burst of flavors with each bite. What truly sets Pizza Twist apart, however, is their impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of my meal was to my liking.
