Worst experience so far at any eating establishment. We had a wait for a table seeing as we were a party if 10 that was expected. Once seated and our order finally taken we waited nearly an hour for the food to come out. No one cane to check on beverages during that whole time. When the food finally came out everything was cold. Except the lettuce wrap on my burger, that was hot. I am on an ingredient restricted diet for medical reasons and followed the Red Robin interactive allergen to order. My burger came out with an allergen on it. I alerted the server immediately and he said it would be remade. Everyone continued with the meal where literally 4 more people found their food to not be how it was ordered. And all of it was cold, not even warm from a heat lamp. So our table had 50% of the food wrong. Some we're able to eat their incorrect order 2 of us couldn't. When my remade burger came out the table had finished eating but had ordered fry refills and beverage refills. My burger and fries were again cold but this time came with a different allergen on it.
I walked up front to talk to the manager. At this point it was nearly 9pm and we had been 2 hours. He asked if I wanted him to remake my burger. After 50 mins for the first almost 30mins for the second. No. No I didn't want to wait again for a burger that may or may not be wrong (and cold) again. My table was finished eating, except for the refills that never came. He comped 3 of our meals but 2 were inedible and the 3rd had an allergen discovered in it that wasn't even part of that burger's ingredients. One of the inedible burgers the manager said he checked before it came out so he replaced the top bunk as it was wrong. Why would he check one burger and not the others? Why would he be handling plated food? If he checked it, why didn't he completely check it?
All around terrible experience. We have had problems with slow service here in the past. But they claim to be food allergy friendly. To the point where they have separate fryers to prevent crosss contamination. So at 9pm we walked out with 2 of us having nothing to eat. Because of my medical condition and the wait I will not be able to eat tonight. I realize that is not directly their fault but to fail repeatedly on something as simple as not putting something on and to add ingredients that aren't even suppose to be there is. If their first attempt or even second attempt was correct I would have been upset that we were served cold food but would ave been able to eat.

IF HE RESPONDS WITH “I DID CALL BACK” then WHY DIDNT YOU LEAVE AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ME CONCERNING DISCRIMINATION INCIDENT AT YOUR RESTAURANT. TWICE I CALLED.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND RED ROBIN FOR HUMANS PERIOD. BAD PLACE IN MY OPINION AFTER MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.

I took my nephew out for dinner here today for Christmas dinner belated. I asked the male host or greeter for the booth that was empty as we were being seated and he said "awww that booth is already reserved." I thought for real? reservations? Ok whatever. We were seated at a table a few feet from the empty booth. The host then tried to seat a large family who walked in right behind us. How about they turned it down for a bigger table. Maybe 5 minutes later two other people who came in were seated there. I’m sure had I asked those two who were seated at the booth if they made reservations I would’ve gotten a laugh. So 1 STAR to the Red Robin male host who decided to discriminate against me and my nephew. My fellow foodies I totally recommend y'all eat at TATOs MEXICAN BAR n GRILL or MATSOs or DJs or TALKAs. Yeah. Don't eat here. U might get the "Awww that is a Reserved Booth" because... I don't know why we were refused that booth but we were. Y'all might too. Area locals I don't recommend this restaurant and My Human Travelers on Highway 120 I Do Not Recommend spending ur travel meals here at Red Robin. On a positive note I did give my awesome waitress a $100 Christmas tip for herself and $40 tip for her to split with whomever she had split with. My back was hurting so we found a booth and seated ourselves. A young kid walked over and said you can’t sit here I just finished cleaning this area you have to leave. I was telling him we waited over 30 minutes without being helped or seated and I have a bad back and needed to sit and rest. The young kid came back with the woman who was supposed to be in charge came to our table and said you threatened my employee? We looked at her like what the heck there was four of us and everyone was concerned about my pain and my back except for Red Robin because they were failing many customers making them wait the ones who were not walking out. Now this young man was lying 🤥 saying that we were threatening him a 78 year old man, 53 year old man, 48 year old lady and 20 year old lady really all because he didn’t want to clean the tables again. The woman started yelling at us protecting her employee from nothing but his lie and I told her Americans with Disabilities would call it a Reasonable Accommodation allowing me with my back to sit. We got up and left if she was going to believe some kids lies over us I always thought the customer comes first especially when it is about petty stuff like this.
