Very unprofessional!! I will never order food here again!! On November 5th I ordered food from their website, I actually made two separate orders because I forgot to add dessert in my first order, so made another order for rabrdi flooda. When I went there to pickup my order no one was on the floor. I waited 10 minutes and finally boy came outside from the back and gave me whatever they had available and told me that the rabrdi flooda is out.

He told me that his manager will refund the charge by evening, but today is December 13th I never had my money back. I even called them twice and also went to the restaurant, every time I called they were taking all the information and saying that manager is not here when he comes he will refund the money. I went to the restaurant one day and the same boy who served me first day took all my information my name and credit card number etc. and told me that he will forward all this to his manager and I will receive the refund by evening. I still didn’t get the refund… First of all Why you hire such employees if they don’t know how to run the register, second why manager is never there🤣. I am very disappointed… It was only 15$ but how can they treat a customer like that. Whatever Food I got that day was very bad. Dal makhni had no taste and seemed to be old. Last but not least, people please don’t waste your hard work...

Our group of four plus a toddler were well cared for during our experience. Our server was the bartender and I assume the owner. His suggestions were impeccable. We almost ordered too many dishes wanting to experience as many dishes as possible and he gently suggested if we desired more we can either order more or visit again. I wish I could share with you the names of these glorious dishes but all that remains is my memory of the beautifully layered flavors and textures that danced over my palette. I appreciate the chef's presentation of traditional dishes prepared with a slight flare of creativity. This location is still young at 3 months old. Having opened several restaurants as both a server and manager, I feel if they continue on they can be successful. As patrons of this establishment or others that are younger than a year, remember to be kind while they grow. Share suggestions with love and kindness versus frustration and your experiences no matter where you go will be beautiful. Why the overall review as just a star because we ordered simple stuff Malai Chicken Tikka, Tandoori roti, and Dal Tadka. The chicken tikka was not up to the mark at all, it was really dry. It was not at all eatable so we had to return it back. The Dal Tadka and roti was decent. On our way out we paid the bill at the counter and didn’t check the itemized bill. Upon checking the bill later on I saw I was charged $4.5 for each roti, whereas their in restaurant menu, online website or the food delivery apps didn’t show that amount. So I called them and the women who answered the call was very rude and informed me that they had changed their prices but there no indication anywhere for that change. Also honestly $4.5 for one tandoori roti is pretty expensive. I got wrongly charged. Never going back again to pay unexplainable...
