Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mantua Township

Worker was so rude. My friend and I came in and ordered then sat down on the other side where we couldn’t see while we waited. We never heard any of our items get called. One of the workers, some blonde white lady, started screaming her head off to us about how our food has been sitting there. It was in a very rude manner and when we got up to grab it she started rolling her eyes and overall acting very inappropriately....

i love dunkin donuts coffee,but i gave them several chances to make a good coffee,its sad that some of the employees are in a bad mood when you show up at 5:20 in the morning,it's not my fault that you have to work there,you have a opportunity to stay home and not being f..... miserable to your customers and if you charge extra ,then put that extra ordered...

The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, bar none. I have given them several chances so I know it's not an isolated incident. The people are nice enough but the food is horrible... Donuts seem they are always from the day before, dried out. How do they consistently brew burnt coffee??? I only gave 1 star because I could not figure out how to...
