Employees are rude, bagels are subpar.

Ordered the 6 bagel bundle. Cashier did not know how to correctly ring it up or redeem my points. Sadeya, the manager, came to assist, and also did not know how to enter it correctly. She deducted 2xs the points. Without acknowledging her error after I pointed it out, she stated she may or may not have a coupon to make up for the extra points deducted. When I told her that wasn’t right, she copped an attitude. At that point, she handed me a bag of bagels and placed the receipt directly on top of the bagels with her ungloved hand that she was also using to ring up other customers- not sanitary. I opened the bag to confirm I received what I had ordered (I’ve received incorrect orders in the past from this location) and noticed that all of the bagels were wrinkled. Anyone who has had a wrinkled bagel from this place knows that they’re jawbreaker tough. When I asked for bagels that were not wrinkled, she rolled her eyes and went behind the counter to get fresh bagels. All 4 employees behind the counter started making fun of me, so I asked them to stop and pointed out that the wrinkled bagels get tough (mainly to make them aware that I could see and hear them heckling me). They continued to laugh at me. I was carrying my 4 year old, physically impaired son with me. I’m trying to teach him the importance of treating others like human beings and standing up to bullies. I told Sadeya and the other employees that it was not right to treat me that way. As I walked out, Sadeya mockingly yelled, “I hope you have a good rest of your day”. I was publicly shamed and humiliated in front of the entire store (employees and customers) just asking for decent bagels. I’m still in disbelief and very saddened by...

I went here this morning shortly after they opened.. there was a sign on the speaker box saying to pull forward because of issues with hearing them over the speaker. So I sat there for a couple minutes looking at the menu, heard nothing so when I was ready I pulled forward. Two cars in front of me. Once I pulled up to the window, the employee rudely said “hello.” As if I was an inconvenience to her. I told her I pulled forward because of the sign so I was gonna order at the window. She again rudely said “I didn’t greet you. I was with a customer.” How am I supposed to know that when your sign says to pull forward if you don’t hear anything. I work in a restaurant with a drive thru for 5 years. I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated this morning. She had brown curly hair with a total attitude. Maybe you should think about being kind when you are the first person people see in the morning. Just my thoughts!! I asked if they had a caribou drink I have gotten there before and she snapped and said “we don’t have that” I said okay I will just get a smoothie. AFTER I TIPPED, BECAUSE KINDNESS IS ALWAYS THE WAY TO GO. She handed me my drink and I said “thank you!!” She gave me a rude look and walked away. I don’t appreciate someone ruining my day when her job is to SERVE the customers at Brueggers. I would recommend just serving the customer and having compassion for someone FOLLOWING the directions on the sign!! Will never go back here....

I had horrible experience so many times at this location. It's time to post my experience and move on. On Jan 24,2025 around 10am, I ordered Western with NO Bacon at the drive thru. The person repeated my order, and it was correct. I received the food and checked, and it was not what I ordered, so walked in and told them that my order is incorrect. The cashier girl apologized, put a new order and walked in the back to make sure the order is made correctly. It was not busy, but I had wait over 20 minutes. I received the order walked to my car and looked guess what!! it's wrong again. I went back and I can see the cashier who went the extra miles modified when she saw me. I told her its ok, just refund my money. I had no time left I just to want leave.

I being going Bruegger's in general over 20 years all over the twin cities and I was a loyal customer, so I went back Feb 28,2025 around 1pm. I walked inside and talk a nice young girl. I told my order was made incorrectly twice the last time I was here. I just don't want the something to happen. I was the only customer inside, so she took the time to listen. She put my order in and went in the back to make sure it's made the way I ordered. The cashier handed the food and told me there is no Bacon this time. I walk to my car looked the food and guess what?...

Thank you for finally removing the Caribou symbol from your building as it was very obvious the quality of the coffee was very sub par compared to anything I've ever had at Caribou. The false advertising for that long was crazy considering Caribou stopped affiliating with this location over 2 years ago. I felt bad watching people order from there every morning on my way into work knowing the coffee was NOT worth the cost. For anyone reading this, you are far better off using the Caribou right across the bridge on other side of 494 less than a half mile from here if you want coffee. On that note, I am giving 3 stars because the bagels are good and I do order those every now and again since I work nearby. Thanks again on behalf of the entirity of coffee drinkers that were extremely disappointed with for no longer false advertising! Good luck going forward.

The first time I came to this location a few years ago everything was wonderful. The sandwich was delicious. The fountain soda machine was working. The staff was kind. I’m not quite sure what happened at this location, but it keeps going down. I think the broken fountain machine is something that they never want to fix. The location in Plymouth has everything going and ready. They have friendly employees as well. At this location the employees seem like they barely even want to be there. They do the bare minimum to help you out and take a long time to come to the register To take your order. They seem very disinterested in there job. The sandwich was OK, but not much to write home about. I just don’t get what is going on in this location, but it definitely needs better employees and obviously management.

I like the food and the bagels, but WOW, this place has gotten expensive! The staff is friendly and helpful and the menu is good. I wish the Asiago bagels were more covered with cheese than they are - they are very lightly covered. The Bruegger’s Bagels app has not worked for years for me so I have to usually ask the workers to apply discounts or specials outside of it (some of them expressed that my experience is not unusual). The store has an outdoor seating area and the interior is clean. The food and bagels are very tasty, and I really like the sandwiches (very expensive, though). Overall a good experience that could be great with a few changes.
