Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Maple Grove

We ordered unwiches. They were the sloppiest, worst prepared unwiches we have ever had. We order these all the time & these did not remotely resemble what we normally get. Two of the sandwiches had mayo on it which they aren’t supposed to have, they also didn’t have the extras we did ask for: lettuce, onion, cheese, sauce. Mine had onion which it wasn’t supposed to have. They were not “wrapped “ with lettuce like they are supposed to be & weren’t double-wrapped with paper as usual. Obviously the employee needs better training in how to prepare unwiches. They were so poorly made we took them home & cut them up like a salad since we couldn’t pick them up like usual. On the plus side he was the only one taking orders & preparing orders & was pleasant. There were 3 employees in a back room obviously not working by the loud conversation. When I asked if he was the only one working he hollered at them & they came out. One took out the garbage, one began slicing meat & one started to help prepare our order but then took what was obviously a personal phone call & quit helping. We love Jimmy John’s but will not be going back to this...

We waited in the drive through for an hour. We waited at the intercom for 8ish minutes for someone to acknowledge us, then at the window we waited for another 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us again.

After about 20 mins waiting in drive through, we just kept thinking that it would go faster at some point but it really didn’t ever end.

When we finally got our sandwiches, we were met with rude and short employees, when saying we had an 30 minute wait between ordering and receiving our sandwiches manager said there were 3 staff and a long wait on either end and there was nothing they could do about it. Store failed to give us our receipt.

Why is the store allowed to operate with 3 staff? Why did they not close the drive through?? A acknowledgment that it was a long wait or a sorry would have gone...

The reviews on this location are going down fast! The wait time are horrible at this location, 4 people in drive thru we wait 15 mins I order my sandwich and wait another 10 mins until I just drove off, but this is a sandwich location it’s supposed to be quick fast easy service. The worst part is there was no customers on the inside. This location has been getting negative reviews on their wait times and the owner of this location does nothing about it but say sorry to your comment above. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rusty taco across the street. You could go to a sitdown location enjoy a full meal before you get your food at this Jimmy John’s location. The wait times are so long you can watch customers leaving this location that’s money walking out...
