McDonald's — Restaurant in Maple Grove

NO STARS!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS....THEY CAN NOT GET ONE ORDER RIGHT AND THE MANAGERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! EVERY TIME I GO HERE WHICH ISNT TO OFTEN MAYBE 2-4 TIMES A MONTH THEYRE ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS OR THE ITEMS THEY PUT IN MY BAG ARE MADE WRONG I HAVE EVEN GOTTEN ANOTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER ONCE BEFORE. IM DONE THIS TIME ONLY BECAUSE THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH WAS SO RUDE SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE TIME OF DAY TO LISTEN TO WHAT MY ISSUE WAS AND I DELT WITH HER IN PERSON WHILE AT THE STORE AND THAT WAS HER EXCUSE. TRY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT....WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU PAID WAS TOLD TO PULL UP TO WAIT FOR HASHBROWNS 10 MINUTES LATER I WENT INTO THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. COME TO FIND OUT WE WERE WAITING ON THE SANDWICHES AND THE HASHBROWNS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW AS IM ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND ONLY HAVE SO LONG. AS SHE HANDED ME THE BAG I STATED I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG AND SO CHECKED IT IN FRONT OF HER ONLY MISTAKE I MADE IS NOT OPENING UP EVERY BREAKFAST SANDWICH AND PULLING OUT EACH INDIVIDUAL HASHBROWN. I GET TO WORK THE SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE MCMUFFINS......HAVE NO EGG! THE BACON EGG AND CHEESE BISCUTS HAD ONE LITTLE PIECE OF BACON ON BOTH AND ARE BOTH HARD AS A ROCK ON ONE SIDE, THE NEW TRIPLE STACK MCGRIDLES WHICH WAS THE SANDWICHES I GUESS THAT I WAS WAITING FOR ACCORDING TO HER WERE COLD AND THE CHEESE WAS NOT EVEN MELTED ON THE MEAT AND THEY WERE MADE WRONG........NOW GET THIS THE BEST PART THE HASHBROWNS WERE COMPLETELY STUCK TO EITHER SIDE OF THE WRAPPER ON ALL 5 OF THEM KEEP IN MIND I PAID 7.95 FOR 5 HASHBROWNS AND THE WHOLE ORDER WAS $ 34.31 THATS ALOT OF MONEY TO BE SPENDING AND NOT HAVE A MANAGER OFFER ANY SUGESTIONS AS TO WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR ME BUT TELL ME I WAS LYING PRETTY MUCH. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT BECAUSE CAUSE YOU WERE THE RUDEST MANAGER I HAVE EVER SPOKE TO. YOU SHOULD NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY AND TO HAVE TO SPEND IT AND GET THE RESULTS I DID IS ABSURD. THEN YOU TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT CALL BACK TOMORROW AND TALK TO MIKE. THEN I ASK YOU FOR THE STORE NUMBER AND LET YOU KNOW THAT IM PLANNING ON CALLING CORPORATE BECAUSE YOU REALLY MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE THEN YOU TELL ME YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ME THE STORE NUMBER AND FOUND OUT ITS ON THE RECEIPT. They say 1 in 20 customers are willing to write a comment letter on the service received. This is the third letter that I have written about your corporation on two Maple Grove locations, the second one for the 6255 Sycamore Lane North, Maple Grove MN location. Today I ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget, a Deluxe Angus, and a McFish sandwich. I ordered extra sauce, and even though the clerk made a big deal on the extra sauce and I had to wait for French fries for 10 minutes, they forgot the sauce and the McNuggets were ice cold. The Clerk was sitting on a stool when I pulled up to pay and was very rude, the man who brought my fries out was in such a hurry to get back inside from the cold he may as well have thrown my fries into my open window (the fries were cold as well, which is curious considering that I had to wait for them). If placing the customer experience at the core of what we do is one of your core values, than you have failed miserably at this at both of your maple grove locations. I only live 5min from both locations and receiving cold/old food, even after waiting for it, and getting home only to realize that you have forgotten the sauce is inexcusable. I have been told by your management at the weaver lake road location, on a previous incident, that I should check my bag for condiments before leaving your parking lot. Seriously…it is now the customer’s job to check that employees of McDonalds are doing their jobs. On my last letter I stated that the 3rd strike would be your corporations last for me, and I will no longer be buying food from your company. I’m not your biggest customer, though I do spend on average $20 every time I do stop at your company, but you’ve lost me and my family for life. Please do not try to coax me back with thoughtless coupons for free food, as I am serious in not returning. In this age of multiple choices on the same block for quick eats, you cannot afford to be second rate in the quality of service, and you cannot afford to rely on your name carrying you through. Thanks for the good service on most of the occasions and shame on you for the handful of bad experiences.

I get to eat fast food like once a month and I always look forward to Mcdonalds fries and Coke. Normally i sit down inside at this location because it is so nice. However due to restaurant restrictions in place I had to use the drive through. This was fine I ordered my usual meal a #3 large with a coke. Pulled up and paid was handed my coke and asked to pull up to the first waiting spot. I took a sip of the coke and noticed it was diet, then I noticed it was even depressed on the lid indicating it was diet. Not a big deal mistakes happen I would just ask for the correct beverage when they came out with my food. So the food came out and I told them about the mix up and requested a regular Coke, he took the cup looked at it and told me it was not diet. Not quite sure how he could look at it and be able to tell that and its quite obvious that the person that poured it indicated that it was and I could tell by tasting it. After he Argued with me for a minute he went back inside and presumably got me the correct beverage. However he was back outside extremely fast handed me the beverage and ran back inside. I took a drink and it was Diet Coke. He had put a new lid on it and gave me a new straw. I have never written a bad review before, I have never felt the need to. I have literally been served the wrong food before at establishments and just ate it anyways without saying a word. What really pisses me off is insulting my intelligence when I was nothing but polite and understanding about the mistake.
