Burger King — Restaurant in Maple Valley

I used to really like this location but after the last time stopping in the disappointing service solidified us not ever coming back. Between first spending over 5 minutes waiting in a drive thru that wasn't moving or being answered then spending over $40 on 3 meals and waiting over 20 minutes at the inside counter for those 3 said meals when nobody was in the drive thru and our food finally sitting on a tray getting cold until 1 of the 6 people doing nothing realized it was ours and ready, and the fact our food was being made ON A COUNTER WITH NOTHING UNDER IT UNCLEAN AND DISGUSTING we ended up leaving and throwing away the entire meal for all of us because we were so grossed out.. I don't know why we didn't call it out at the time but I think we were really just in so much shock over what we were watching we just wanted the heck out of there. I've worked fast food and I've never seen anything that gross in my life. Do better...

the cashier was very polite, but my problem started with the drive thru lady. So she peers over at my friend and I, then started to tell us not to sit on the railing. Everyone does it, nobody’s ever had a problem with it until this lady. It was never against the rules, and the rails are made of steel so they are more than capable of supporting my weight (about 125 pounds, most of my weight was on the floor since that’s where my feet were) I can hear the lady getting frustrated with someone as my friend grabs my food... AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY CHICKEN NUGGETS. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had here. Go to McDonalds instead, where GAMERS eat.

Edit: We were kicked out because the manager claimed my friend was being incredibly disrespectful because he asked about an item asked for that he never received. Honestly, what the heck, Burger...

Lets start by saying that Burger King is my favorite Big Chain burger place. I really like the Whopper and the Whopper Jr. The meat is not the best, but when you get one that is dressed perfectly, it doesn't really matter.

My problem is with this location and the buns that they use for the Whopper Jr. They are dense, dry and unpleasant to eat. I have already reached out to corporate to complain about this place, but I wanted to leave a review here as well because the buns are so bad. I can go to any other Burger King and get a soft and delicious bun on my Whopper Jr, and even their Whopper buns are fine (Although the Whopper is too expensive now), so they need to figure out what is wrong and fix it.
