MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

We waited in line for almost 20 minutes even though there was only one group of 3 customers ahead of us, we waited patiently. The girl taking the orders was SO slow, but no stress. We get to the counter, she asks if we could wait a second and continues doing meaningless tasks that could have been done after taking our order; there was no one behind us. We proceed to place an order for 6 pizzas, then we're informed that even though the Authoritarian "vax papers" order was dropping in a week we have to take our pizzas and eat outside in 35° temperature, with our 3 children. No sign on the door, no informing us before taking our order, she informed us on the way to the register. No thanks, we're taking our business elsewhere. We weren't rude about it, we just said "Cancel our order please, we're going to go elsewhere. Thanks." Then she proceeds to tell us that we should probably eat in Pierce County if we would like to eat indoors. There are plenty of places in Maple Valley that won't force children to eat in the cold after dropping $90 at their establishment; we know there are, we eat out often; they deserve our money not MOD. I used to love eating at this place, but I just can't do it anymore. With the whole "show your Vaccination papers" discrimination I can't support this restaurant any longer. I refuse to even get take out from a restaurant that enforces the Authoritarians stance that a segment of society are second...

This message is for the owner. Your establishment is one of my and my family’s favorite treats. I hope this reaches you. Your online system is non functional. You cannot order for pick up or delivery through third party. Called store to order dinner for family after great family debate. All agreed Mod Pizza is the plan. After trying all online options with no success we called location and we’re told we are not sure why all is not working but to come in and they will build our pizzas. Great work, coming from a business owner. Long line which is no prob and testimate to your great product. Watched people leave line in disgust of wait time. I myself bit the bullet and fought threw the inconveniences of modern time and went old school which is get off your butt and go buy pizzas. I love MOD pizza, but this specific location let's me down every visit. I've been there 3 times and each time after the first I tell myself "maybe it was just a bad day for them" but I get the same experience each time. The lady running the line seemed like the manager but seemed like she was annoyed she was having to take my order. The guy with the long colored hair seemed cool but you could tell there was some tension between him and the manager. My pizza always comes out burnt. There's just not passion in the workplace. Everyone just seemed to really dislike their job and it definitely shows in the quality of the food. I'm not sure if all MOD pizza places are like this, I could just be spoiled by the awesome experience I receive every time I go to the Tacoma mall location which is the kind of serve I had expected from all locations. But the Maple valley location does not hold that same experience. I'll probably be avoiding this...
