I want to give a big shout-out to this location! I placed an order via Grubhub at 5:00 p.m., and the restaurant had everything freshly prepared and ready by 5:13. My food was scheduled to be delivered at 6:00, but Grubhub delayed and my driver didn’t even show up until almost 7:00 p.m.
I contacted Grubhub to cancel due to food safety concerns, but they only offered me a $7 credit. Sorry… that’s a no. The food would’ve been sitting out for over two hours, and I wasn’t going to risk eating it.
When the driver finally arrived, they demanded the food, not caring that it could be unsafe. Thankfully, the restaurant manager noticed how late it was and refused to hand it over. They canceled my order themselves so I could get a full refund. That’s going above and beyond for customer safety, and I truly appreciate it.
Side note: I’ll never use Grubhub again. I’ve had nothing but issues with them—DoorDash and Uber Eats have never given me...

The toppings used to be in shakers now they are in bins with scoops. They took away the gluten free toppings and all they have left is the furikake, and they only give one small shake of it which I cannot taste. The seaweed salad is no longer gluten free . If I ask for more of the gluten free food then they want to charge me more. But there are to very few things I can eat there anymore. I got gluten from something there this last time. Read moreWe have ordered online three times from this location. The first two times the employees working didn't even realize the order had been placed. We showed up for our food at the designated time and nothing was ready. The most recent order I called after placing it and was told it would be ready 15 min sooner than the time the online system had given us. Picked up our food but didn't check it. They switched the rice options on the bowls. Luckily not a big deal and luckily the food is delicious each time (only reason we go back). Lesson learned- follow up an online order with a call and check the bowls before leaving the restaurant. Hopefully when they hire a manager that person will help everyone pay attention to...
