Frankie's Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

Frankie's is seriously the bomb. I've probably spent more money here than I have at any other restaurant within the past five years or so. It's not easy for me to convey exactly how freakin' awesome Frankie's is, or how much joy a Frankie's pizza has given me during my long raid-nights in World of Warcraft.

Up until about 2006, 2007 or so, I was a pretty big fan of Pizza Hut. Occasionally, Papa John's. Frankie's just blows both of them out of the water. Their crust is just awesome! It's not frozen, it's just a little different every single time I order (which is a LOT). It's pillowy and soft with a little bit of crunch on the outside, not flat or flavorless. The tomato sauce is so tasty, and even though I'm not a big fan of cheese (okay, I hate it on everything else but pizza), Frankie's uses what tastes like fresh mozzarella. It's just so good, words can't describe. The pizza is always steaming hot when they deliver it, I usually have to let it cool down before I can eat it.

Their online ordering and delivery service is superb, especially now that they've made it mobile-friendly.

The pizza is good if you actually get what you ordered. Anything we’ve tried on the menu outside of pizza had been awful. The wings aren’t actually wings and you can only get them tossed in sauce depending on who is working. So far we’re 50% on them getting our order correct. And then when you call to try and remedy despite being extra nice, they’re rude about it. They’re overall rude on the phone. I figured it was just moody teenagers, but then I had a manager go out of her way to call me and tell me I was wrong when I disputed the incorrect order they gave me. Love Frankie's, We haven't been going there for years and we are always satisfied with their service and their food.

We really enjoy a lot of different kinds of their pizzas and their breadsticks are fantastic. The wings are great too.

In all the years we've been getting pizza there almost three times a month, we've only had one pizza with a minor mistake and a sauce side forgotten. It was quickly remedied and it's so good we couldn't stay away anyway. So glad they have great customer service though! Makes it easier to keep going back.
