Had the rudest child waitress wait on us today. Never have we ever experienced such rude, disrespectful customer service. All b/c I asked if the ham was bone on or processed. No manager ever came to our table, and I wrote the review after I got back home and calmed down. I have 3 witness’s to that. It is obvious that your staff get their attitude & not telling the truth from you. Here’s the “nice” owners email: “ Response from the owner 23 hours ago I have read your review and I spoke with my staff today regarding your experience with us on Wednesday. We appreciate our guests and we feel our servers are professional and respectful. You asked for a peach sangria. She told you we don’t have that on the menu but she would ask the bartender if she could make one for you. And our bartender did just that. When the server asked if you liked the drink you replied that it didn’t taste like the ones at Applebees. Beckie, we are not Applebees. Your server tried to accommodate your request. She took your food order and when she asked you if you wanted ham, bacon or sausage you replied ham. As she hit the ham button on her handheld you yelled “nooooooo”. She was surprised by your response. You then asked her if you were bothering her. She did state that she thought your response was rude. Our servers, and anyone else in customer service, deal with all kinds of people daily. Some are more difficult than others and can’t be pleased no matter how hard we try. It’s a tough job and I stand by our staff. They are not your doormat to trample on. The other people who dined with you were happy with their experience. Fun fact is you wrote the review as you were sitting in the restaurant and it was seen by my husband. He went to your table and asked if everything was ok. The other ladies stated it was great but you didn’t say a word. You had your chance to communicate your concerns but you didn’t. As you left the staff thanked all of you for coming in. We did the best we could to please you. It just wasn’t enough for you. Btw, you ate 3/4 of your food and asked for a box. I’ll give you your dollar back.”.

The government our great Mayer has made it nearly impossible to sit in a tent and order to dine in eating. The tent policy is absolutely rediclulis, restaurants are much more capable of keeping the distance if they would let them dine in the restaurants. But of course they are thinking that a tent is better nope its not, matter of fact This time of year having restaurants use a tent is absolutely ridiculous, the government is killing people's businesses because of there rules for all those small businesses to survive. This place has great food 😋 and an amazing staffBut are forced to seat you in a tent in cold weather. I would definitely recommend this place to eat. They are doing their best to give you top notch service but having to put you in a tent makes i t very hard to give you a comfortable place to eat. Highly recommend. Read moreI've ordered takeout from this place three times, the first time I got their burger and my wife got the meatloaf. The burger was really good, even after having to be delivered. It was juicy full of flavor, and tasty. Same thing with my wife's meatloaf it was really Good, and she really enjoyed it.
The next time I ordered I got the French dip, and my wife ordered the meatloaf again, because she liked it a lot.
But this time, they called it in on the French dip, and my wife said the meatloaf was overcooked and dry.
Tonight it's just me, and I ordered the patty melt, I thought the patty melt from hops and drops was perhaps the worst patty melt on the planet...
But no... I was wrong... the one from Stockton's is much, much worse, it was super dry, overcooked, no sauce at all, no flavor to the meat, it was greasy, and just all around bad.
The only reason this place is still getting three stars, is because our first experience was really good, and they serve tater tots, and tater tots give you an automatic +one star.
This was the last time I'll order from them, save yourself from the mistakes that I've made, and pick a more consistent place.
