It's a small but great place to stop if you're on your way home, and you know that the whole family including you is tired, starving, and doesn't want to cook. Tell someone at home to preheat your oven then then order your toppings. If you have a big family or picky eaters the price is low enough to get two. They will even do half & half for you.
The pizzas are ready in 10 mins or less because they don't cook them there. That's why it's called " take & bake". They pile each pie with lots of cheese & generous toppings, plus they throw garlic butter & marinara dipping sauce in the box. Before you pay make sure to grab some of their ice cold drinks in a 1 liter bottle or single cans.
I can't promise this but I think they have sides too like bread sticks, salad, or a dessert. BUT DONT HOLD ME TO IT. RESTAURANTS HAVE TO CHANGE A LOT JUST TO STAY OPEN.
When yours is ready they call out your name. Don't forget to put something in the tip jar on the way out.
When you get home (careful driving uncooked plastic wrapped pizza home). That oven better be preheated like you asked. Instructions are on the top of each pizza. DO NOT remove pizza from the pre-made paper tray it's already on. Cook it on the tray it came with. Remove plastic wrap first (duh). Convenient right? Takes around 10-15 mins. max but again- read the instructions.
Couple tips: look for their coupons on the back of receipts, online, or on their app. They always run a special. Don't go if Google maps says it's busy unless you already called your order in. That's THE BEST WAY because by the time you arrive you can just go to the left counter, give um your name, pay , and you're gone. NOW YOUR...
Read moreStanding in this Papa Murphy's location as I write this review. My online order was quoted to be finished 10 minutes ago and it's still in line with only one person making pizzas. I've been listening to the guy out of the counter have to explain they're out of thin crust, out of mushrooms, out of this and that. I can probably start counting on two hands the number of times I've had to wait a significant amount of time for an online order and we don't order that often. I love Papa Murphy's so I keep coming back, but I need to revise my expectations. Double the quoted time and you should be...
Read moreI use to love papa murpheys. The service was fantastic but the pizza came out absolutely awful. I followed every instruction for baking as I have every time in the past. But the pizza came out burnt on the outside yet somehow the dough was completely raw and when I tried to remove it from the tray it completely fell apart. At one point I tried to put it back in to cook the dough more but it just wouldn't cook. Not to mention the Ingredients which are normally fantastic were awful. Like I said I use to love this place but I don't know if I want to go...
