Subway 1840 — Restaurant in Marana

Most horrible experience I've seen especially for this day & age. I walked out of this store before placing my order due to the rude & prejudice attitude of a young girl to several older customers before myself. She gave the BIGGEST attitude to these older folk over requests for basic things like extra toppings, ect. Kept heavily sighing saying she needed to close (mind you this was 30 minutes before the close time stated on the front door of the store). She acted as if she was so bothered to be working at all, maybe she shouldn't be in customer service. The sad part is, older people are too afraid to speak up so I'm doing it for them. I had been warned by locals this is a "bad" location but in my traveling I like to try things for myself. This is by far the least progressive chain I've ever been to & do not plan on returning. Management should be ashamed for not providing appropriate training of customer service skills to their employees or not checking often...

Worst experience ever!! so usually the lady that makes my sandwiches are really good including the other staff but today by far worst service I've gotten in awhile receiving my sandwich. The new guy they hired doesn't really know what he's doing as far as just making a sandwich first off my sandwich wasn't toasted like I asked it to be with other veggies as well that were supposed to be toasted 2nd he overpilled veggies on my sandwich tbh didn't even taste like a BLT straight lettuce and 3rd there was lil to no bacon at all maybe 1 strip or from what I could find and 4th he was more worried about asking my GF how she was doing instead of just making the sandwich and doing his job, the way he was supposed to. There’s a little short red head / blondie (Gremlin) that works at night . She is weird ! And a psychopath ! and has the worst attitude, Bad service ! Bad food ! Bad environment ! AVOID this place at all costs at night ! Try going in at 7 pm and I guarantee you’re going to find a locked door or the little weird female saying she’s closing and out of food. She needs to be fired instantly!!!! She is definitely Not cut out for customer service whatsoever ! She needs to stick to be jobless with that attitude.
