So the only reason I am giving my experience 5 stars is because of the manager, I believe his name is Matthew. I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a cravings box and a cheddar chipotle chalupa meal. We waited a while to get our food which honestly isnāt a big deal. Once we got our food we noticed as we were driving away that they forgot our drink so I went back and got my drink, and again not a big deal. I understand that sometimes there are mistakes and stuff happens. Once I got home I than realized that instead of receiving the chalupaās that I had ordered we were given regular ones instead. I called the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Matthew. I explained that we received the wrong order and he offered a replacement. Luckily I do not live to far so I was able to come back tonight. Once I got to the store he apologized multiple times, gave myself and my friend a free coupon. After a couple minutes he asked the employees if the food was being made and I donāt think it was yet and so he told us he was going to go back and take care of it for us. He made the replacement and apologized again. I really appreciated how nice he was to us and how he apologized. It is so nice to see hardworking and gentlemen of a manager. He deserves a raise!!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not sure how to even express how I feel about this location. My family loves taco bell, especially the different $5 boxes. Not only does it make it affordable for a family of seven to āeat outā but also gives us an opportunity to try different things we usually wouldnāt. The customer service the last few times we have gone, amazing. We often use the drive through and you donāt expect much interaction, but they listen to the order, repeat the order, confirm the order, they engage at the window to triple confirm. They never skip a beat during the process. We have some picky eaters, so often have lots of modifications. I have RARELY received an order that wasnāt served exactly as i ordered it, labeled and all. If I do end up with a mistake, I chalk it up to a busy or a tough day- because it hardly ever happens. I am the General Manager of a couple of local restaurants here in Tucson, and understand completely the importance of normalizing POSITIVE reviews. Your entire staff for this location deserves praise. In the three years that we have been visiting this location, they have only gotten better. Great job to all...
