Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Marana

I was very disappointed in my first experience at this restaurant. Google listed this restaurant as a one dollar sign. My husband and I were really taken back by the prices on the menu. We chose an item we really didn't want because it was the lowest price we could find. The egg foo young was terrible...raw/ uncooked inside. A huge gouging price for some eggs, few vegetables, and sparse pieces of pork. The atmosphere and the food did not match the prices for sure. We will not be back. It does not deserve even one star. Also...I did not put my tip on the charge. It was obvious the older gentleman noted it as he kept looking at my signed merchant copy and continued to show the elder woman (server). They both kept on turning and glaring at us. I fully intended to leave a cash tip, which I did. I should have left nothing. It isn't the servers fault concerning the food quality...but It was the rude behavior, poor food, and prices that did it for me. A big turn off. I...

Not sure what the problem was... I was told by them that they were hurting for business and wanted anybody to order so I put in a $118 takeout order. Only to get a severe attitude about how they had to work so hard when I went to go pick it up. Also got a comment from every single person in the building about how "fat I am" over how much "food I'm ordering." For the record it was nine items between four people. I guess it's my fault for wanting to go to Jade garden to feed the people who did decide to show up for my special day. And then to get home and for all I've talked up and continued my business with Jade garden to only have two of the items actually be editable. I've never had bad food from this place yet the last two times have progressively gotten worse... But somehow this is my fault for ordering in the first place?! Truly noted I will order somewhere else next time thank you for letting me know my business or family is not welcome. We will order elsewhere from now...

Never again! Horrible unsanitary experience with this restaurant tonight, customers please beware! Ordered delivery only to discover 2 black hairs on the beef fried rice, we are so grossed out, we will never order again. Not so much because of the unsanitary ingredient in the food, however they were not apologetic at all or offered to remake the food, although we were so grossed out, we weren't able to have anything further from there, but the fact that they didn't offer to credit the card or remake the order without us sending the entire order back to the restaurant. That in itself makes me believe that they are asking me to return all the food (which we did), but why, seems to me like they are reserving it to other customers.
