Learn moreWent here for dinner on a Sunday night at 7:30pm & was able to be seated right away. There is really no clear indication on what way to come in as there is no hostess or sign that tells you to "wait to be seated". As we walked in, a waitress behind the bar ringing up an order, said "how many" and then just pointed to a table for us. As we sat at our table, we watched other people come in being as equally confused as to where to sit because there was no sign up or no person to tell them where to sit, so the owner might want to address this.
FOOD - wasn't the greatest but wasn't bad. Crabcake was delicious but the salad on the side felt like an after thought. Lobster bisque was just ok. Wasn't alot of lobster in it and was more like a broth consistency than bisque so I wouldn't order that again. They over cooked the fried shrimp & onion rings, so the shrimp was very rubbery. Burger was cooked good and had good flavor. I will agree with other reviews that the Key Lime Pie was REALLY good and this is probably only thing I would order again from here.
SERVICE - Our server, Duke, was awesome! This guy is a hard worker and was very attentive to our table and we even observed him helping with other tables that weren't his.
BREAKFAST - We decided to come back & give the breakfast a try on Monday.. Got here around 8am & there were only 2 people at the bar. Was seated right away & brought drinks quickly. There was a miss communication between the waitresses as to who was going to take our table, so after waiting for 15 mins we got up and to get a waitress so we could place our order. Went to order the corned beef hash and was informed they longer serve that but yet it was still on the menu, so they need to update their menus. We had the 7Mile Omelet which was good portion & tasty. Also had their sausage gravy, which was...
Read moreThis been our go to breakfast stop whenever we come to the Keys snd we’ve been coming here for 7 years. Sadly, we will most likely not return. Today, we experienced a sniffling, coughing worker wiped her hand across her nose, never washed her hands and directly went to the window and picked biscuits off a plate to be served. No gloves were worn by anyone who touched the food. The entire experience was awful. We were offered coffee, but had to ask three times for sweetener and once finally getting it had to ask twice for a spoon. 2.The sniffly woman and the young, male server obviously had a personality conflict. She openly corrected him constantly, so we could see and hear, and the two of them were incessantly arguing behind the counter. This was extremely uncomfortable. We finally got our food but were not given utensils and had to ask for them. That took a hot minute and our food was getting cold, We have always loved the Bloody Mary’s. This time they tasted like tomato flavored water, there were no spices at all.
I do have to commend a later arriving blonde employee, who was very sweet and hospitable. If she hadn’t arrived we might have been waiting hours to get our utensils. She also seemed to dampen the arguing a little bit.
Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed and sad. This used to be one of our...

July, 5, 2025; 9:24am arrival time. Just before 10am leaving time.
Decided to check out 7 Mile Grill Marathon Fl after reading that they're supposed to have really good biscuits . Been here for 30 minutes to place a to-go order for breakfast. Got a hello after 10 minutes from the lady, (the guy in the picture looked at me like what the hell are you doing here you don't belong here, never acknowledged me and as I was leaving just glared at me), , said I'd like to place a an order to to go. 14 minutes later 2 people come and sit next to me, got immediate service, they're now eatening and I'm still waiting for my food!! Better be worth the wait!!
Egg sandwich with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and white toast or in this case just white soggy bread and a biscuit
UPDATE: what a waste of my morning and money, the driest worst biscuits I think I've ever had in my life. They should open up a can of Pillsbury Grands and serve those instead they would be about 1000% better!! Terrible burnt coffee...
