If this restaurant's object is to be a pizzeria and bar, they are knocking it out of the park. If it's to offer an upscale dinning experience, they are sadly missing the mark. My husband and I had dinner here last Saturday. The aroma of cooking grease accosted my olfactory senses. I lost my appetite. It literally smelled like an old cafe. The hostess sat us quickly and the server was prompt in getting our drink order. By the way, the drinks were great. The hostess gave a hurry up vibe as she ran, yes, ran all over the restaurant siting people, running and making drinks, and giving instruction to wait staff. We observed a couple walked in and rather than attending to them, she pointed at a table and said "take that one". I'm not quite sure why a reservation is recommended. At one point the hostess took a breather to sit down on the floor engaging with customers in the lounge area while another male server gave her a neck message. Our server spent a great deal of time running after the hostess seemingly complaining. She was very inattentive to our table, walking past numerous times while we had empty glasses and dishes on the table. The meal was relatively good. For our appetizer we had the Spin and Dip. I expected toasted bread, but instead the bread was limp, almost wet. The dip tasted rather similar to cream cheese with a slur of wilted spinach. We ordered a Caesar salad to share. Our salad was forgotten, but eventually arrived as a bowl full of plain lettuce drizzled with Caesar dressing. No plates were offered to us as we let out server know we were sharing the salad. Caesar salad is made with romaine lettuce, if not, it's not a Caesar salad. For the main course, I had the chicken, it was delicious. However they were out of the risotto that accompanied the chicken, so I had to substitute mashed potatoes, they were good. One the down side, the broccoli was completely tasteless and chewy. My husband had the short ribs, which in his words, "are to die for", but again the problem with the broccoli. Back to running out of food. As we sat eating, our server went to 2 near by tables to let them know they were all out of shrimp scampi and meatballs. Mind you, meatballs were on the appetizer menu as well as the handheld menu, so it was unbelievable they had, at 8:15 pm on a Saturday, run out. There wasn't a dessert menu and specifically on the drink menu it was written to ask the server for the dessert selection. I was thoroughly done at this point and it was time to leave. The parking was nice. I was very disappointed. There are few, maybe 2, upscale dinning choices in Marble Falls and I was hoping we had found a new gem,...
Read moreIt began as a simple idea, family and friends gathering to support a friend, but little did we know that the short drive we had left from College Station to Marble Falls would feel like a voyage into the heart of gourmet splendor. We were on a mission: to witness the grand opening of a new restaurant owned by a close friend. Me and my mother had come a long long way for this moment .The anticipation buzzed in the air as we embarked on the road, filled with the promise of unforgettable moments, food and a celebration of friendship.
Upon arriving, the restaurant was nothing short of mesmerizing. Its atmosphere was warm, elegant, and alive with excitement—a perfect blend of charm and sophistication. We were welcomed like royalty, guided to our table with impeccable service, the scent of fresh dishes filling the air. The drinks arrived first—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly crafted, setting the stage for what was to come.
The starters rolled in: oven-baked brie, soft and creamy, but the real star was the shrimp scampi. A burst of garlic butter over massive, succulent shrimp, perfectly paired with two slices of fresh bread that we eagerly used to soak up every last drop of flavor. Each bite was divine, as though the dish had been made by a culinary magician. We ,no i was blown away by this dish alone . We all knew we were in for something special.
Then came the main courses, and we were not disappointed. Lobster ravioli—pillowy and rich with seafood goodness—lobster alfredo pizza, and tender, juicy pork chops all took their place on the table. Each dish was a masterpiece, carefully balanced, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The cordon bleu was golden and crisp on the outside, savory and tender on the inside—a true delight.
By the end, our hearts and stomachs were full. We couldn’t help but leave a generous tip, grateful for both the experience and the chance to support our friend in this incredible venture. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an adventure, a night where every dish told a story of a passionate cook .
And so, as we left the restaurant that night, we knew we had been part of something special—an epic afternoon of food, family, friends and the magic that happens when great friends open their doors to the world.
The Bone family wil ensure you have the very best dining experience . I recommend you give this wonderful restaurant a chance as it and it's food wil give u a wonderful...
Read moreAdele’s in Marble Falls is a hidden gem — but what truly makes it unforgettable is the people.
I have never had a dining experience like this before. From the moment we walked in, we were met with an atmosphere that was both elegant and inviting — warm lighting, perfectly curated music, and an ambiance that makes you want to stay awhile. But what set the night apart wasn’t just the aesthetics — it was the people who brought it to life.
The manager Jessica ran the floor with grace and heart — completely in control, yet effortlessly kind and welcoming. She checked in at just the right moments, genuinely cared about our experience, and somehow made the entire restaurant feel like home. Her leadership shows — Adele’s is clearly a place where pride and passion meet.
And then there’s Max the bartender — an absolute artist behind the bar. The cocktails? Next level. Every drink we had was perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care. Max didn’t just make drinks — he made conversation, recommendations, and created an experience. You could tell he loves what he does, and it absolutely shows.
If you’re looking for a place where hospitality isn’t just a word, but a feeling — Adele’s is it. I can’t say enough good things. This wasn’t just a meal — it...
