When I called to order, I asked how long the wait. He said 15 minutes. I showed up in 10 thought I could pay and I would be done in time (I asked because I was taking pizza to son in high school) if it would have been longer I would have went to pizza hut. I show up and cashier said we just got it in and it would be 4 or 5 minutes longer. He said go sit down and he would bring it to me but not before he seemed bothered that I didn't pick tip when I payed. (I don't even know why that's a question. I don't tip cashier at McDonald's because that's their job. I was kind of offended that it asked that. Why should I tip for someone doing their job) anyways I waited for total 30 minutes for my pizza. The guy that was working the back finally saw me said are you ..my name.. your pizza is ready. The guy that took my money and said he would bring it to me was making the dough and facing me the whole time. Didn't mention they had a friend in the whole time waiting for her order that probably said the F word 10 times and they never said to stop. They just carried on the conversation. I only went there because my son said he liked dominos. I will not go back. I got a fake sorry about that when I said I was in a hurry. I ordered at 11:13 March 31 in Marble Falls. I have never left a review on anything that's...
Read moreI love to order pizza from this location it’s always a pleasant experience but Lately the customer service has declined! Sabrina is one of the employees their and has been annoyed by concerns on being overcharged. I’ve spoken to the GM and he explained he has tried to let his employees know they are not to charge extra for the change in pizza sauce per corporate demand. Today’s my children wanted pizza and when I called the gentleman on the line had to ask for assistance by the employee mentioned above, when then I hear her say in the background with a disgusted voice “is it that lady again” , not realizing I heard her gets on the phone. She tried ignoring my question when asked if I just heard her say what she said. She eventually gave the phone to a new “GM” named Veronica, she said sorry for her behavior and moved forward, nothing more. If this type of customer service continues , especially in small town, customers will take their money elsewhere. Dominos may need to retrain on how to treat your customers as well as make sure they are informed of any new procedures. Nothing looks worse when your employees don’t know what’s going on or have no idea how to navigate a system. Which has also happened before and was...
Read moreI really like Dominoes Pizza, but this particular store is constantly disappointing me. Not only has the owner pulled all parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper from the store to save money (just charge a nominal fee for it?) but while they deliver to my location, they won't do so until 4 pm... I even offered to pay more since I was 2 miles outside Cottonwood Shore, and that was their drive limit for these hours, but was told by manager Steve the he wouldn't do it because there wasn't enough customers my way right now.
I still like the taste of Dominoes Pizza, but the way this store is run is pathetic and very much non-customer service oriented. I guess I will just go to Pizza Hut from now on, because they are closer to me, and since that is what matters most to Dominoes Pizza, I will learn from their example.
The sad part is that I am not one of those people who got pissed off and wants to get back at someone with a bad review. I just don't feel like this location cares about customer service anymore, even when the customer offers to pay...
